  1. Specifically the big dairy corps are why they've been attacking raw milk producers and trying to ban raw milk sales. You even have insane milk "cops" that go around and try to find casual meetups of small markets where, under the threat of calling the police, they force customers to pour all the milk out from purchased items. I mean these people really take pride in their job serving these dairy giants, it's absolutely stunning. When people take them to court they try to gaslight the judge by saying that "no human has the right to a particular type of food and people do not have a right to health". That is their position. Yes that's who they are. It's absolutely stunning. We don't have the right to choose what goes into our own body or even know what types of elements it contains, such as in GMOs. That's right- freedom of choice and freedom to control our own bodies and life is not a principle that the big business overlords are will recognize- because of course then it means that they can't restrict these rights or take them away. Fortunately they haven't been successful everywhere, but most states still do not allow the sale of raw milk, claiming it to be unsafe, which is an absolute crock of shit. It's commercial dairies that are the ones that will produce unsafe conditions; small dairies and a small farmers care for their animals and always keep them in far superior conditions then you'll ever find in any CAFOs.

They do this on a minor level with taking licenses a way for people who don't pay off their traffic tickets (which are really just traffic thefts and traffic extortions( fast enough, and then now of course when you need your car cuz your entire life depends on it (because yes public transportation exists, however that is not ideal and some people can't access it at all), so then they come after you for a driving on a suspended license and try to fuck you over more when you need to drive in order to survive and your license was suspended completely immorally, you never got a DUI, but they pretend that they don't understand this because they're all monsters and that's just what it is. Believe me these people aren't stupid, it's 1000% malice all the way. It's about entrapment and fucking you over for sport and profit, literally nothing else. I wish we weren't ruled or administered by hellscape demons but what can I say? We are and I don't know how to change this. Voters are dumber than a box of rocks and they keep electing these satanic savages who keep on instituting these criminal policies and Pigs blindly carry them out and at the end of the day we are all victims. It's a gross clown car show of deep injustice but I don't know how to stop it entirely. It's been this way for so damn long.

"We had a report of this, we heard this was happening we're just here to check something out". I mean it's just common sense why wouldn't that be the first thing out of their mouth? And it's absolutely vile that local officials use lack of payment for property taxes as an excuse to take your home, which is a crime against humanity and the rule of decency. It is morally repugnant and reprehensible on all levels. For one it is a grossly unequal exchange, usually by a 10:1 margin or more. What happens in these cases its literally HOME THEFT and FAMILY EVICTION, which is always amoral, unacceptable and vile. But hey, that would make it perfect for the demons who have control here. We need public funds for public needs and services but there are other ways to provide them than private household property taxes or income taxes. I have a big problem with the way taxes are assessed in this country in general. I do NOT support 99.8% of current tax law, esp where the top 5% and big business gets infinite breaks and majority of the tax load is placed on average people. This should be the exact reverse. Also I'm not just comfortable with any govt structure demanding the right to take what you worked for under threat of violence. Is this really fair???? Should a group of people be able to take what is yours by force, regardless of their title? I don't think so. However, if taxes on the 99% were light, nobody would much mind, principles aside. However, taxes on average people AREN'T always light, and this is the main problem. I support generous public services but all these needs can easily be funded through taxes on big business, the 1% and federal spending, which SHOULD be high but it isn't, as this federal/state gestapo gangster murder cartel doesn't like to help any common citizen. It's a criminal cartel set up to nurture and protect big business and corporate profit by all available means, not the 99%, meaning us. This is another problem. Anyone else want more facts, just ask.   21. With a few rare special exceptions, the moment you complete your sentence should be the end of any limitation placed upon you or your legal status. Nothing should follow your past those gates. Your record should be expunged as all terms of remediation were met. Upon the conclusion of parole or probation, which go on way too long in this country anyways, everything should be restored to you. All legal rights, all civil rights, all of it. Permanent discrimination or barring from any occupation or any peaceful activity or means of support past ones concluded sentence, including voting, should be patently illegal and should certainly qualify as cruel and unusual punishment and deeply unconstitutional, besides simply just morally wrong. Policymakers in this country have a gift for evil, sadism and amorality.

  22.  @PureMagma  I'm sure Louis Pasteur had the best of intentions, but I believe that he mistook the issues with the bad milk during his time to the milk itself and not other causes such as sick cows and poor storage. It is my opinion that pasteurized milk is like dead milk. Fine if you just want a drink, but I believe there are lots of great health compounds in raw unprocessed milk. At a minimum, consumers to deserve a choice. I believe in the mission of the Westin A. Price foundation. It's awesome to hear that your health issues made a rapid rebound after consuming raw milk. There's a lot of intentional and unintentional fear-mongering out there about our food supply. Your folks deserve a lot of credit for being willing to question all of that. It can be scary to question the dominant assumptions of our time. And of course I believe breast milk for babies is best, if at all possible. I currently take a raw milk colostrum supplement powder. It's a little pricey but I feel it's really benefiting my health. Raw milk is pretty pricey near me but I buy it when I can. I like the taste, it's rich and tastes more vital than standard milk. Fortunately it's legal here in CA. I'm sure if the conventional dairy big shots had their wish it wouldn't be. I've also noticed that conventionally processed whole milk seems thinner than I remember as a kid. I wonder if they're increasing their water content in their final product. Seems like it.

  26. Well, just because they're game wardens and they know that he hunts that is not a sufficient enough reason to conduct coordinated surveillance of his property. If they're not investigating suspected illegal activity then they need to leave. It seems pretty cut-and-dried to me. I hope this gentleman wins his lawsuit... maybe there's some other ulterior motive going on here but those game wardens need to have more respect for private land and have legitimate cause-based reasons before they start making themselves at home. I mean if there's no reason for them to be there then why don't they just move on? I'm sure there's some other work they could do or complaint they could investigate.

I agree the insurance should also and this family should try to sue them for breach of contract. I'd say take it to California's insurance commissioner but those people are corrupt as hell and work for the insurers, not consumers. If the SWAT team did indeed use reckless behavior then yes, the city should cover it.

I don't agree with large corpos and Wall Street being able to run away with everything and I don't agree with the current extent of IP law. I don't agree with the public not having a say on many matters, we should have direct voting on most items, other than those that are self-evident to be needed immediately & serve a life-affirming purpose; etc. I don't agree with HOAs because I mean, for SO many obvious reasons. I don't agree that cops have the right to occupy public land at any time for ANY purpose without being on an emergency call or a legitimate investigation.   30. Yes it's very sad and enraging. I've watched several explosive documentaries on this issue. It's incredibly tragic. Basically state and federal regulators are ruthless thugs (or do their best imitation of one) and seemed to take special pleasure in destroying or attempting to destroy the small family operations in their jurisdiction. It's utterly bizarre. You have to wonder how they got to be that way I mean it's. .. it's nothing that any normal human being with a normal conscience and a rational brain would behave like. The small competitor and the small business is at risk in every industry. Around me I see them going after small cannabis shops and getting them shut down or forcing them to move across the county or switch to a delivery-only platform. Of course I know this problem goes far beyond just legal weed shops. So long as you have dirty judges and disgusting State Police Pigs and local police that will do the will of these corrupt judges without question, whose judges will then obey the corrupt policies of shamelessly bought-and-sold politicians and industry regulators, then we're going to have a problem. Small operators in every industry are at real risk. Big business is a ginormous ruthless cartel in this country and they have their fingers everywhere. If small operators come under fire by a big player, they always seems to be those in government or enforcement that will be more than happy to target them without a a second thought. Once you're attacked by these people you can stop being naive. I hope nobody watches these shorts ever says back the blue. As I always say, don't say back to Blue they will never ever back you. Clearly they're looking for reasons to deny employment to people and using so-called criminal history should not be legal. Also petty theft isn't a crime, it's an annoyance. It's outrageous that it's criminalized. Stores willingly waste thousands of inventory every week and you're going to tell me that their bottom line was harmed because somebody took some $10 piece of junk from them? Give me a break!!!!!!! If this is true the question is then how to limit or prevent this? How can we get impartial and professional licensing boards? How can we prevent this conflict of interest from occurring?? I don't know that much about it but seems to me local or state law would have to change regarding who's allowed to sit as a license board member.
