Isn't this supposed to be the control of our government to protect us from the illegal policies of businesses who don't keep our titles in some type of escrow or lock up where they can't be used as collateral for the business multiple asset. Too many people at the top of businesses and banks are getting paid too much in salaries and stock options, thus destroying companies and the government.
