  2. I was in Vietnam 1966-67 when i saw our government was wasting millions of dollars each day while i ate C-Rations. If the government would quit giving our money to foreign countries every family in the USA could have a house and a new car.

  6. If our things are taken, they must be prepared to face the outcome. A person who has nothing has nothing to lose.. There was a plan during WW2 that was called "the burnt earth plan." Before it is given up all that is left is ashes.

  8. It is about time that the USA finds out that it is not the ruler of the world. This only brings resentment by other countries of the world. When the leaders are failures, they should be replaced and give others a chance. World trade should be based on real assets and paper currency or digits.

  9. Almost everyone has unstood that when the government goes deeper in unstable debt that the dollar value goes down, causing inflation to go up. Inflation always shows what the dollar is really worth.

  10. People have never learned that spending money that you don't have throws a wrench into government spending. We can't ever determine when we will lose a job or have an unknown occurrence, but we can regulate our spending on unnecessary items.

  12. @trevorwells8407  I am 77, and I used to hear that money that was classified as overprinted could be burnt. Then someone told me that they don't do this anymore. Our money system is so worthless, I just don't know. The 1950's were the best years for me, and the 1960's were not as good. Now our money buying value, I believe, is around negative 40%.

  30. @andywu8558  it is good to hear that. When I was their it was mostly villages and not much else. Hue was a nice little town but did have a rich girls school. I liked the Vietnamese people.

  34. @mustg4891  I am 77, and once you could fill up your truck bed with good groceries for $20-25. Even in 1969, I had everything that I needed while only making $125 a week.

  38. @rolandthethompsongunner64  there is always a way to rebell against anything. It is either with death or victory. If you carried a heavy Thompson sub in battle, I feel sorry for you. I used one one night by the dmz in Vietnam 1966. Like a bar, the are heavy, but can get the job done.

  43. I believe that when we see spikes on charts that it is AI buying and selling stocks and precious metals for billionaires, banks, investment groups and maybe even the government. If billions of dollars were used that they could make plenty of money on a 50 cent share return..

As a baby I stayed in a log cabin (for real). Our first real house had 6 brs, 2 kit, 2 bathrooms bought for $3,500 in the early 1950's. 😊 thanks

  46. I worked in a grocery store in the early 1960's. You could fill you cart with about $25 so today a cart full of groceries should be worth an oz of silver today.
