  8. @caryphillips4885  I am a 77 year old 100% disabled combat war veteran. I am pass my useful time. Back years ago when banks were real, we didn't have to worry so much. We never know what they are going to do to us and not for what they are going to us. But, why would people work for a check that they can't do anything with.

  16. I am 78. In those early years when people didn't have much money or little money. things were cheaper. The manufacturers had to sell things cheaper if they wanted to sell anything. As for as taking my houses or timber, i am afraid that lightning 🌩 would hit them and they would probably burn 🔥 down. Too bad.

  31. @JCS1964-i7w  I have checked up on the US Liberty. Yes, now I remember the so-called unprovoked attack. In the fog of war, sometimes things go awry. I remember seeing on tv the attack on the ship. Something was very strange about this attack. In Vietnam, friendly fire took its toll also. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

  36. In the late 1950's i worked on a farm for $1 a day and bought my own 1st pair of shoes for $5. In 1963 to 1965 i worked in a major grocery store chain for a $1.15 an hour. Had a used car, insurance, gas and dated and had a little money left.
