  1. I think he's referring to Ian discussing the possibility of a home gunsmith undertaking a similar project. However, there are plenty of Steyr M95s that aren't really in "historical firearms" shape anymore, including Frankenguns built from spare parts on a stripped receiver, sporterized M95s that really can't be feasibly restored, etc.
