Yeah, with that twist rate, I can't imagine supersonics would be a great choice - the rotation energy of a 1:3" twist and a supersonic load like some I've seen data for (160gr at 2400 fps) seems like you'd be risking jacket failure in flight, much like a super lightweight .223, super fast, varmint load driven through a tight twist barrel can sometimes do. Maybe if the supersonic loads are solid coppers, it might work OK...
