But... the government has assembled a panel that instructs doctors what medical imaging (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT) doctors should use on their patients.... or the bill won't be paid. On the major highways during rush hour, these cars are speeding by, weaving in and out with quick maneuvers that you know are going to cause a wreck. On 540 and US 1, I've found myself just in constant prayer for some of these fools and everyone on the road they put at risk.

Rather than get people OUT of poverty, he wants to keep them IN poverty with all sorts of government assistance. Government assistance was never meant to be lifelong. It was meant to help out. With the influx of illegal immigrants, this nation cannot affort to continue funding these programs.

  23. I met Dan Bishop a few years ago, and he seemed like a down to earth man with good values. While he wasn't in my district, I was impressed with him. I've met a handful of other officials as well, and he still impresses me as one who is most in tuned with people rather than his own success and agenda. But that was awhile ago, before covid, so not sure about today... but his statement is in alignment with who I believe him to be.

  28. Here's what we do... we make laws that require people to get vaxed to protect our citizens from a pandemic. We then force compliance and remove the choice for American-born, tax-paying, employed citizens, and threaten them with losing their job or withholding a promotion if they don't comply. We bring in thousands upon thousands of immigrants in dire need of safety and refuge and provide a myriad of benefits for free.... but don't require a vax before entry into the U.S. And if you speak up, you're labeled a ___ist (just fill in the name of the day) because you dare to question authority. Sounds like non-citizens have more rights and benefits than those who live in this country.

  34. I remember this change. Working in health care for 20+ years, I was responsible for organizing PSA screening events. We stopped when the USPSTF lowered their rating and said it was harmful. I argued that these are government bureaucrats who are trying to cut expenses and that it was a danger to stop these screenings. They also changed the recommendation for pap smears using the same assumption. It's all about money. If you think the government has people's best interest at heart, think again.

That's a lot of oxy for a new addiction only a few months old. The shooter he hired was his supplier yet he dresses like a homeless man. If he wanted to leave his surviving son millions, why didn't he just use what he embezzled originally instead? Odd behavior and even odder excuses. Stay tuned for more revelations.

There are plenty of people who would not have forked out a fee to sit with a judge... that's just silly. RED FLAG #1: they create fear. RED FLAG #2: the solution is tied to money. VERIFYING would have been easy by dialing the number of the Wake County law clerk by Googling it. But this smarter than everyone couple fell for it several times... to the tune of 5k. Expensive lesson.

  45. That was a blessing! I was driving SB on US 1 and saw what looked like a wreck with people on the side of the road and NB traffic halted. No one had called HP at the time - no emergency vehicles. I called HP and said "you probably know already but there's a glider on US 1 NB in the road." He said he didn't know about it. So thankful the NB traffic that flies up the "Cary-Chatham Speedway" was paying attention. It was hard to take a hard look while driving as I didn't want to rear-end the cars in front of me slowing down either. Glad we're all safe!
