I realize some did fall on the city (fewer and fewer, fortunately) , the question is whether Patriot system was involved ? One or two batteries will not defend all the area of multi-million city, I hope you understand me.

  19.  @kiyarimuhammadu9095    I think in this case, it is not a question of shame, but being relevant or not - e.g. in September Ukraine recovered in 2 weeks thousands of sq kms, which Russia fought months for. Also, I remember an example of keiser Germany, that fought on their opponents land, but lost WW1. Peace. (not to be confused with UA - RUS ceasefire) @Aaaaaaaard  Sorry for any possible errors .
