  12. I love the arguments here but when one community day after day all over the country perpetrates this much violence you call it for what it is and you own it instead of finger pointing. Over 90% of blacks are killed by their own in a population of 13% commit over 50% of the murders and over 70% of the violence in this country. No white communities including poor communities in the Appalachians are going around shooting each other day after day. And if you're going to give me the school argument that happens once in a blue moon and actually the last major one was done by a Hispanic. Going to some of those communities You see bars on the windows of the businesses and the homes and that's not to keep white people out or the police. There's a dose of reality for you right there.

I always try to make a point of putting community and culture in there because that's where it starts no doubt but I always try to shift a little bit to the government itself only because of the laws they lay down where they're encouraging behavior of repeated crimes with no penalties it seems like. All those riots and looting it was let go. They just let them tear the city apart. Of course that will stem back to culture and the mentality of some people
