But it would be naïve to pretend there isn't a massive issue with the far left in the US sympathizing with China.

The same symbol that has been used since the time of ancient Greeks and Romans, Buddhists and Hindus, and even has its own name in other cultures (manji in Japan)? No. They are symbols that cannot be obscured by acts underneath them and do not explicitly represent hate.

It was also not changed, other than tilted 90°, by the Nazis. Ask any Buddhist (or Japanese person), Hindu, etc., if it's a symbol of "hate"! Educate yourself before speaking so confidently. There's nothing more hateful than being ignorant.

They made videos because they wanted to bring China to Westerners; Western opinion of Chinese conditions and government was much worse than what he was showing. He could've only helped. There were many more awful things they could've focused on instead of showing that Chinese people are mostly decent living under a ruthless and corrupted regime.

If you understand how the CCP operates instead of just stating a ridiculous conspiracy theory then you'd understand. They have covert operatives that infiltrate companies like Google. They've been doing it for decades to steal IP, etc. This censorship is more of a result of these influential CCP dogs within their ranks than a collective decision to do it among Google board members.
