  1.  @lonewolftech  Threatening a jury is grounds for appeal. That lawyer must have felt quite comfortable in uttering those veiled threats, unless they were HOPING for an appeal, for some reason. However, none of that matters. It's against the law to threaten a jury and it was done in this Civil case. What happens in other court cases is irrelevant. We fix corrupt systems one case at a time by acknowledging each case of corruption to be abhorrent. In this case we have all the evidence we need for an appeal. The lawyer that uttered those threats, also let it be known that this was her last case, implying that she didn't care if she lost her licence to practise law or not.

  4.  @florencedenham9395  I wouldn't call it fantasy prone. They have no experience at anything, not even the simplest ideas like "hide and seek". It's all new to them and they're still trying to figure out what's happening. They're at an age where anything is possible because they have no experience to judge it by. It's all trial and error. The "hide and seek" things brings back really good memories of my 2 year old daughter. She'd close her eyes and happily declare "You can't see me". She was so shocked the first time I said "Yes I can" and picked her up. I still smile at the memory.

In fact, he was a foot soldier for the Bavarian Soviet Republic, in 1918-9 which was supported by Lenin and his Bolsheviks. When that fell apart, he joined the new Fascist party, a radical socialist party, called the Nazi party. When you read the works and the speeches of Hitler and Mussolini, there's no doubt that this is fact. It was the Marxist intelligentsia, who didn't want to be linked to Fascism after WW2, who peddled the idea that the Nazis were right wing. Read into it. The book "Killing History" by L. K. Samuels is a good start. Thousands of references to written works by prominent Fascists of that era that will back this up. In fact, the closest government to a Fascist regime, right now, is China, which is no longer a true communist country. It's Fascist, replete with concentration camps and everything.

Leave it to democracy and there's no mechanism to reign in the excesses of democracy. A democracy NEEDS a Constitution to rule NOT the democratic process. The Constitutional is that set of fundamental principles of human rights and liberty. The Constitution rules and democracy is one of the principles of human rights and liberty.

You'd feel that you were being attacked and rightfully so. There was nothing about putting their hand on his property that wasn't invasive or threatening. They surrounded him. He didn't surround them. They screamed obscenities, at VERY close range, NOT him. That person laid their hands on HIS property......you even said so. Everything was directed at him, all because he thought that minors should wait until 18 before getting a tattoo.... I mean, gender amputations. That's SO unreasonable that anyone saying it deserves to be verbally assaulted, spit on and have their property compromised. If that had been a bunch of Christians doing the SAME thing to someone that they disagreed with, you'd be all over them.

  16.  @ldjman1  Suspicious is different than calling it a lie. If you're suspicious, you have a reason to check it out. That's the fact checking. Get a story, find out all you can about it and then compare what you've learned to the story. That's how you realise whether your suspicions are valid or not. Suspicions do NOT prove guilt. The facts prove guilt. Suspicions may give reasons to search out the facts. That's what gives suspicions value. However, that's only the start of the process. A detective doesn't say that a specific person is suspicious so lock him up. He says that because that person appears suspicious, I'm going to investigate. It's the investigation that provides the facts to validate the suspicion. Suspicion doesn't validate the suspicion. You're not understanding the process.

The data shows that lesbian domestic violence is an issue. It's not about kinky sex. It's about violence, REAL violence. You end up with so many rules and regulations that you can't do anything because there's a law that stifles what you want to do. Micro-management is a bad business decision and that's how economies are destroyed.

So many laws that you will break a law everyday of your life no matter how law abiding you are. Just because I talked about too many laws, that doesn't mean I don't want any laws at all. It isn't one or the other. Why do people always take it to the extreme? Why can't we have a sensible median?

When I told him that I believed that China was the closest country, today, to the Fascist countries of the thirties, he agreed quite enthusiastically. Although, we didn't talk about gay persecution in China, we did talk about the persecution of religious groups, such as the Muslims and Falun Gong. The Socialist aspect of Fascism is something the left doesn't want to hear.

  27. Healthcare has always been in crisis. Things were getting better in the early 20th century. Before that, only the rich could get any level of healthcare, and that level wasn't much better than what the ordinary citizen was getting. Physicians didn't even wash their hands till the late 1880s. Bloodletting was still quite common in the 1800s. Pasteur linked disease to germs in 1861 and even that idea took awhile to become accepted. There was a time, not that long ago, where most people relied on folk medicine and life expectancy was MUCH lower than it is now and child mortality rates were extremely high. My grandfather had 23 children with 3 wives and 7 of them died before the age of 5 and this was in the Netherlands, a so called "modern" country. Healthcare is a fight against the inevitable.....our deaths. Until was solve that inevitable, which may never happen, healthcare will always be in crisis. I will acknowledge that our healthcare system was a lot better 60 or 70 years ago than it is now, in spite of the gains in medical science or social health care systems that have been put in place since then. That drop in our healthcare could be called a crisis but maybe that's because we're letting bureaucrats heal us instead of using medical science.

There's reason to believe that he did so at the behest of a 3rd party, namely Hillary Clinton. That should be investigated. This has NOTHING to do with Trump being a good guy or bad. This has to do with finding out if Hillary actually did commit a crime or not. Just because the crime is against someone that you don't like, that doesn't make it any less of a crime or should be ignored.

You and I couldn't go 3 suspicious transactions without facing a full investigation by the FBI and, in their case, Homeland Security. Trump has a lot of issues but the US is in a terrible state because of the current administration. He's our president and people, like you, think that ONLY one person can be the bad guy. His family lived in South Africa and moved to Kenya. I wonder if any of his ancestors were slavers. They were DEFINITELY colonisers and were only bettered at colonising by the Dutch and British. In other words, his ancestry is exactly what he's railing against in this video. Personally, I don't hold that against him but I will call him out on his hypocrisy.

If you don't have minorities in your movie, they get mad. When you do have them, they're still mad. All I saw in Uncle Remus was a kindly old man. I knew that he was black but that's about it. In fact, he was the kind of person that I hoped that I would be when I got old. Unfortunately, I've been rather a failure at it, at least by my standards. It's almost as if the left hate this warm hearted character.

I SAID, that if those scientists wanted to be taken seriously, they shouldn't put the names of tribal spiritualists, shamans if you will, on their scientific report as if those spiritualists and tribal elders have the credentials to speak on scientific matters. I wouldn't take a scientific report, written by a guy who owns a hobby aquarium shop as an expert on the Great Barrier Reef. Those spiritualists and tribal elders have no business lending their name to a report like that, even if there are scientists who sign off with them. It loses all credibility. Who knows how much the supposed science has been influenced by tribal traditions and I'm not going to dignify a report that blurs the lines between science and religion. If they are going to present a scientific report, they need to consult the requisite scientific experts in the field, not some mumbo jumbo traditionalists. You might as well ask the pope to contribute....but you don't want to address that part of my statement.

You want to make it about demonising feminism. I don't care about feminism. I care about the truth and the truth is that women will lie to get ahead. Not always but when it gets into court, it MUST be a consideration and NOT dismissed out of hand....and YES, it is the children that suffer the most when either the father or the mother lie about one another. When a family breaks up, the welfare of the children SHOULD be the first consideration, not the welfare of the mother or the father and, DEFINITELY, not how specific ideologies might be damaged.

I'm sure that's what every divorcing man and woman is thinking when their relationship is breaking up. I'll bet that's why their children are so upset when they can't see their father. These are issues on a micro level. How does the child best survive when the family is being torn apart. This is what Hanson was talking about. If your first priority, when getting divorced and you have children, is how this might benefit conservatives and the corporate elite, you have your priorities severely screwed up. That is NOT the time to change the world. It WOULD be the time to look after your responsibilities, to your children, to yourself and to your spouse. If your ideology comes before your children, then you may well be the type that would use your children as a bargaining chip to further your cause.

  39.  @jl4018  That's why we have a Constitution. We have it to prevent the tyranny of the majority or minority. It's human nature to impose our will on others and the founding fathers knew this. They came up with a system of checks and balances and a Bill of Rights that cannot be superceded, even by a Democratic vote. All a vote does is pick representatives. Those reps still need to deal with the legislative and judicial process. There should be no executive orders except in times of dire emergency and even that's covered in the Constitution. In spite of the Constitution, our human nature still corrupts the system with backroom deals, lobbyists and bureaucratic corruption. It's something that we have to be aware of and vigilant against, even if that corruption is to our advantage.

Rich people will still be rich. They'll still live in their mansions, get chauffeured around, have big yacht parties and fly around in private jets, whether the economy is good or bad. That's why a guy, like Bill Maher, worth 100 million bucks, hopes for a recession so to ensure a Trump loss next election. He doesn't care. He'll still have lots of money. It's the poor who will suffer if his hopes comes true. So, explain to me again how Trump's presidency hurts the blue collar worker. I think you're just having a knee jerk reaction and not really putting in any thought to what you're saying.

What they do vote for is for a leader who will try his best to fulfil his campaign promises.....like Brexit. Most people aren't obsessed with the super rich.   44. It's so simple to feed your kids. Traditional foods, meats, veggies, fruit and dairy and go light on snacks. Keep trips to fast food places at a minimum. Send them outside to play and away from the TV and electronic gaming as much as possible. It's how my generation grew up. I don't see why kids can't do it today.

In fact, you're allowing your dislike (hatred?) of Hanson cloud the issue. Do you know who might be suffering due to this type of issue assessment? Children....that's who. You, we actually, owe it to those children to see if this claim is correct, how pervasive it might be and if there are any measures that can be enacted to mitigate this type of behaviour. This is where our focus should be and not about whether YOU like Hanson or not. Also, the claim is that it is SOME women. "SOME" women, not ALL women. If it is 10 percent of the women, that means that 10 percent of our children are put through hell due to the actions and accusations of their mothers. I say that's too many and it shouldn't be a number that we should be comfortable with.

  48. Anyone who's raised chickens has seen this type of violence. Chickens will see a sore on another chicken's face and will peck at that sore, incessantly, chasing their victim down, every chicken getting in on the attack sometimes killing the poor bird. Watching them attack Ngo was no different. They're animals, attacking, en masse, anyone weaker or vulnerable. They deserve to placed in a dungeon for life.

  49.  @niagarawarrior9623  It doesn't make sense that the truckers did that. The organisers have stressed non-violent protests, right from the start. I'm not going to make conspiracy claims but the truckers have been consistently emphasizing their desire to not behave like those who protested in the summer of 2020. They know just how badly that impacts their message. They don't want to see comments like yours. It hurts them and almost everyone in that convoy knows this. Watch any live feed, by people walking through the crowd, and it becomes quite apparent that this aren't the types of people that would do something like what you've described. There is NO litter, ANYWHERE. The streets are spotless. People actually shovelled the sidewalks to clear them of snow and ice. The organisers sent a truck load of food to the homeless shelter that was supposed to have been harassed. They do all this and then support setting a fire in a building? It's just seems too inconsistent to be believed. I smell a rat. I'm highly suspicious of the motives of those who set the fires and the fact that they allowed themselves to be filmed. Just like that guy with the Confederate flag. He wore a full face balaclava, the only one that I've seen in hours of watching live feeds, and he was soundly jeered by all those around him. The convoy does NOT support stupid or overt criminal behaviour.
