HEY BRITAIN why are you guys not optimistic about YOUR future...???
1
THIS WOULD MAKE THE BREXITEERS HEADS EXPLODE and for that alone I support it...
1
@Pyxlean This is true.
1
@СилвияИванова-з1р I thought Sunday was a holiday in Bulgaria...??
1
@СилвияИванова-з1р Yeah lets drop it -- Im trying to be light-hearted and its not happening.
1
@СилвияИванова-з1р THANK YOU
1
@ChangesOfTomorrow NO I got confused - they stop alcohol sales - I knew it was a different day
1
@SwordQuake2 AH so I was a little bit right :-D
1
@dyawr HAS IT...??? OMG no its been quite cool here 29ºC in Burgas today
1
@borutb11 - MY BAD. It comes from decades of taking the credit for Scottish inventions and sporting victories - its deeply instilled in us as children...
1
YES

THIS IS THE BEST POSSIBLE NEWS sure its going to hurt - but it FORCES a long term renewable / nuclear solution to happen ASAP The climate crisis is an example of how good we are at dealing with creeping threats - VERY BAD - humans are amazing at solving massive imminent problems. Humans are also amazing at procrastination with creeping problems. In 2 years' time, the people of Europe will have them in the rearview mirror and the continent will be WAY better because of it. >>> When the Russians cut off west Berlin over night we initiated the Berlin Airlift, one of the greatest human achievements ever. If Russia had put up customs posts and made it harder and harder over a decade - they would have starved West Berlin and got it.
1
WHEN DONALD TRUMP can spot the flaw in your energy strategy - THERE IS A GIANT FLAW IN YOUR ENERGY STRATEGY...!!!
1
YEAH that was a bit of a FUBAR
1
Thats an unusually deep understanding you have there...
1
@BrayanA - IM LITERALLY recounting MY experience at my local hospital - so don't tell me MY story of MY experience is BS. If YOU live in Bulgaria - YOUR health authority might have it together but it is NOT a national situation. And you DEFINITELY can not get them in shopping malls here cos we dont HAVE any shopping malls so STFU.
1
@BrayanA - It has everything to do with it - there has been NO coordinated national approach. People are reluctant BECAUSE there has been no effective campaign cos there has been no government.
1
WHAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IS Russia is only under sanction from the west - once upon a time that was devastating... But the world grew up and China and India became big boys and Africa is a teenager whilst the USA is the angry 58 year old taking steroids to prove he has not lost it and Europe is the pensioner tending their garden. Britain is the geriatric old duffer on a park bench shouting at immigrant pigeons. Russia is not sanctioned - its massively inconvenienced.
1
@novosib9017 - OH THANK YOU -
1
YOU GUYS TALK like bathign in reindeer antler blood isn't a perfectly normal thing to do... c'mon stop spreading the disinformation, we all do a little antler blood at one time or another.
1
PUTIN WONT INVADE IN FEBRUARY Winter is Rusaias friend - they will invade in November or not at all... Europe depends on Russia for 30% of its gas in winter - 5% in summer. In winter Putin can threaten Europe with cutting off the gas supply if they interfere and Europe is screwed. In summer he does not have this leverage. Also NATO are not used to fighting in Ukranian winters - Russians are.
1
THIS IS WHY BRITAIN WIL NEVER GET BACK IN THE EU this could NOT have happened wiht Britain making a fuss and demanding concessions and refusing to allow restrictions on usage...!!! Im a Brit and a remainer - but the EU worked WAY BETTER without Britain...!!
1
@cobbler9113 - YOU ARE LIVING IN A TOTAL FANTASY We had the army on the streets and road blocks no one was allowed to travel from town to town. We had to line up on the streets and the staff would bring our shopping to you. We had foot baths at the entrance to every building, every bus, every train. UK lockdowns were a fairytail joke compared to most of Europe - €400 fine for being on the street with no mask on - and it DOUBLED for every offence. Where do you get these fantasies from...??? Honestly, you will blame flairs on the moon rather than Brexit won't you?
1
@gnrseanra9070 "IMF predictions we could overtake France and Germany this year in G7." THE ONLY THINGS the UK is overtaking France and Germany in this year is number of people in poverty and hospital waiting times. You live in an impenetrable fantasy world of your own creation
1
@inbb510 All my family live in the UK - and if you live in Chipping Norton the UK is great. if you live in Doncaster the UK is a "uniquely impoverished mud hut in Europe" Outside the rich parts of the south, it IS the poorest place in Europe.
1
@inbb510 NO - no one mentioned Sofia - personally I don't LIKE Sofia. I only go there if I absolutely have to. Im talking about the North generally - but I am very pleased if Manchester and Liverpool are doing well. I come from Batly in West Yorkshire - I WANT THE UK TO DO WELL - ESPECIALLY THE NORTH. But lets be realistic - things are very grim in lots of the UK
1
@inbb510 My sister lives at Bainton in North East Yorkshire - the local council did a full survey of the road network in the area, they need to spend £1 BILLION on road repairs The roads have been patched and patched and patched for 50 years and the actual structure of the foundations is shot now, due to heavy lorries the rural road network was never meant for. This is the problem wiht the Uk - everything has been patched up for 50 years and it just cant be patched any longer.
1
@inbb510 Thats one thing Burgas does extremely well - public transport. 270,000 people and remarkably few cars - I dont have one. But when you see them building a modern road - a normal B road is 5 feet deep and a motorway is 12 feet deep. Most of Britain's rural roads were just cobbled streets or dirt roads tarmacked over in the 1940's or 50's Britain suffered greatly from industrialising 250 years ago - everything was built for a different era. Bulgaria went straight from basically no internet to fibre optic cos it didn't have a legacy telephone network.
1
@richard35791 - correlation is not causation.
1
@andreiyevanov - Time to learn to use a calendar dude. Chinas last WAR Sino - Vietnam war 1979. I literally have a degree in ancient Chinese Philosophy. Why embarrass yourself like this??
1
@danielkirpichnikov2007 - You are thick AF - "Korean War Jun 25, 1950 – Jul 27, 1953" Dont bother replying - you are too thick to waste my time on.
1
FAKE CHINEESE TIRES yes you heard me - ultra cheap Chinese knock off of the $15,000 Michelin radial tires are fitted to these trucks This is undoubtedly a result of massive corruption - these are no more a truck tire than a movie prop. According to a tire expert, they explode within a month of on-road use and almost instantly off-road. They are not intended for use - they are literally for corruption.
1
@ozymandiasultor9480 My rent is €150 on a beach front apartment.
1
@teosandev6116 0.45 leva when I moved here.
1
@vilena5308 YEP - ours were slightly violent so it was very nice they went away
1
@Motorata661 - Its easy to joke about all this - As a Brit I have to - but here in Bulgaria the nationalists were quite violent, they don't really know what they wanted, but they knew they didn't want to be ruled by another power as they had been with the USSR. The collapse of the UK after Brexit combined with the very very obvious rise in living standards and infrastructure over the last 7 years - you only have the nut jobs left, all sensible people are totally pro EU now.
1
@rudolfbullach2071 Whats up? GDP, Wages, Employment, and bugs that eat trees cos the mild winters are not killing them off like the -25ºC ones used to
1
@thetruth9210 YEP - dont you just miss those EU Funds - it was the only thing keeping British city centres functional. SURE you paid IN to the EU and the EU gave it to inner cities in the UK. NOW you font pay in and the government gives that moeny to your billionaires BINGO...!!! You see the EU distributes funds on the basis of needs - not the basis of who is Rishie's mate. Thats what you all voted for - deprivation and poverty whilst the rich get richer - how much is a house in the UK now?? OH £UNAFORDABLE
1
@YaPinGYouTu - I can use both. Its just the accepted norm that you write for the expected audience. I'm British, brought up using metric. But if I write a novel that I expect to sell mostly in the USA, I literally write in American English [which I hate]. The exception to that is location. My next book will be set in Britain and France and in the France half it will use metric [with imperial in brackets] for the first few chapters to get people used to the measurements. Ironically the next book is about Britain deciding to go all the way and live permanently in 1930, using fully imperial measurements and steam trains...
1
@YaPinGYouTu Thank you my friend - yes it got weirdly heated... Take care.
1
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAH Im an author n this subjcet - the real reason is... BECAUSE BRITISH AND AMERICAN Gen Z are growing up in very obviously collapsing late-stage capitalism... Capitalism in Britain and America is roughly 20 years ahead of the rest of the world in its life cycle. People in France are worried about working till 64. People in the UK and the USA are worried about dying before they are 64 due to lack of health care. The UK and the USA are in freefall collapse. THATS WHY. The answer is because capitalism is collapsing.
