Two BRICS countries can be at war with each other and still be in BRICS. BRICS is a way of not allowing the USA to sanction you and destroy your economy, it allows you to keep trading in your own currency or the Yuan if the USA tries to bully you with sanctions. Its NOT a free trade block, its not an alliance, it is a HEDGE against US sanctions. It was started when India was manufacturing, the HIV drugs for America for $50 per treatment, but if India wanted to trade its own people with HIV drugs that they were manufacturing, they had to pay $32,000 per treatment to the US company that owned the patent. It has grown since then to encompass multitudinous things all aimed at resisting American USD power and American patent power.

Crack is an upper, and heroin is a downer. I.e. one is a dopamine agonist and the other is a serotonin agonist. If your brain is too tiny for the subject, best to stay quiet.
