  4. WHEN I WAS AT SHCOOL all problems had to be solved from first principles, it was just how you did things and your working and reasoning had to be shown. Last year I did the 1st Year of a University Degree in Ancient Chinese Philosophy - I KNOW NOTHING about Ancient Chinese Philosophy despite passing the year... Why? Because the entire program was about memorising the answers to the exam questions at the end of the week. THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR THE WEST

  6.  @mullholand  "Cayenne Turbo" I believe the most expensive vehicle to actually "own" per mile. A friend had one - the headlights were a sealed unit and cost something like €2,500 each. He had the brakes serviced and that was €7000 or something. This is a while ago so the figures might not be accurate - but the point is, they are unbelievably expensive.

  14.  @CavanHagan2  - Yes, plastics are amazing - but they should never have been descrived as or treated as "disposable" - Its very much NOT disposable. I watched a program on industrial archaeology and they were uncovering a factory that had been completely buried in a valley by a landfill in the 1950's and 60's as they dug it up all there was was soil and PLASTIC. Even the tin cans had rotted away - but all the plastic bags and other stuff - all still there the same as the day it went in there... Plastics are many things, but disposable they are not.

And that's the thing - plastic is amazing - a bottle that is designed to be thrown away was used 6 days a week for the gym for 2 years. Plastic is NOT the problem p- its our abuse of plastic that is the problem.

  30. I AM ALWAYS totally blown away by the way Tesla approaches things with a totally fresh piece of paper and radically simplifies things... Putting the battery and seats and console in from below cos you got rid of the floor that was totally surplus to requirements is GENIUS.

  37. I believe you are wrong. SO MANY people never ever need 5 sets. They are 1, 2 or 2 + 1 kid. The pothole thing is only an issue for you guys in America. I've not seen a pothole in the last 10 years and I live in Bulgaria in Eastern Europe. Europe and Asia don't have potholes and you guys might get your fixed soon. I just got rid of a CL5oo Merc and I just want something super nippy and cheap - I tired of 15 mpg around town on European gas prices at $10 a gallon.

  50. WHILST ITS NICE TO SEE THE AMAZEMENT these guys have at becoming famous unexpectedly - I really hope it does not go to their heads like it does with A LOT of YouTubers... I've worked with a lot of YouTubers and many turn into total a-holes. Many develop mental health issues with the pressure of the upload schedule. Its a meat grinder for the soul is youtube.
