  21. IVE LIVED IN FRANCE "plunges into uncertainty" has no meaning in France. They have Gas pumps that dispense wine, 1000 types of cheese, they had a riot over a new tax on cheese when I lived there, there was a flood but the bakers was still open with 3 feet of water in it - and I KNEW it would be. The police drink beer at lunchtime and the trains are amazing. Its ungovernable - but wonderful.

At least God of their own universe - but to them, you live in their universe. Ergo you are there only for their entertainment. And the more they screw with you and pull the wool over your eyes - the more it confirms their Godliness...
