@boredom5132 Ok then name the president of any western country who’s talked about them. Go ahead I’ll wait.
83
It’s a very odd time to bring up anti semitism when that’s one of the main claims being used to justify a genocide of Palestinians
45
Saying Israel shouldn’t exist is also not anti semitic
44
“After reading many Wikipedia paragraphs to try to find arguments to support my pre conceived edgelord opinion, I have determined that I am right and you are wrong” -Destiny fan
42
@franciscosariles lmao you think the Obama years were good?
29
@jurjen8703 This is no different than being worried about “anti Dutch racism” during apartheid or “anti German racism” in the 1930s.
27
@Ilovedogs329 You mean like the Warsaw ghetto?
26
Anti semitism is a problem, but definitely not a major problem that should be focused on in the context of what’s happening right now. It’s no different than being worried about anti German racism during the 1940s.
24
@GoodbyePaleSwine How are things going at the IDF bot farm?
18
@benkelly7182 Oh you mean the Hannibal directive? Yeah Israel doing that was pretty bad
17
Because Kamala is a right wing cop hope this helps
16
@Ilovedogs329 It was high civilian casualties in a highly urbanized area that was occupied by a fascist state
15
@benkelly7182 There isn’t “2 wrongs” there is the occupation and the people resisting occupation
14
@Ilovedogs329 A democratic government where half the population lives under military occupation?
13
@jurjen8703 Talking about “anti white racism” does nothing but further the agenda of the oppressor and is irresponsible. Just because it exists doesn’t mean it’s worth bringing up in the context of what’s happening.
12
@Ilovedogs329 They don’t? So then who controls all of Gaza’s borders, imports, airspace, water supply, sea access and electricity?
11
@Ilovedogs329 And they still live under Israeli military dictatorship
10
@Ilovedogs329 So then who controls all of Gaza’s borders, imports, airspace, water supply, sea access and electricity? What happened to 70% of all the homes in Gaza? Whose tanks and soldiers are those that are there right now?
10
@ashtxnwrld7379 Oh you mean exactly like what the current president is doing right now?
10
@thomaslawson9808 Israel doesn’t represent all Jews, and fascist Germany didn’t represent all Germans. So what? How’s that change anything?
10
@JohnSmith-mc2zz Do you think there were “evil people on both ends” of the Holocaust?
10
@Retrogradez90 If the Israeli citizens correctly understand the problem, they would support abolishing the state and replacing it with a democracy.
10
They need a Wikipedia article on it to understand
10
@Ilovedogs329 🤣🤣🤣 what exactly do you think “occupation” means buddy?
9
@JohnSmith-mc2zz Anyone who supports Israel either doesn’t fully understand what’s happening, or doesn’t see Palestinians as human.
9
@Ilovedogs329 oh really what are they then?
8
Tristenator you are sounding might Turkophobic right now
8
@JohnSmith-mc2zz I think you either don’t understand what’s happening or don’t view Palestinians as human. This is settler colonialism, it’s a genocide of the indigenous population by a fascist settler colonial state, and you’re saying there’s “evil people on both ends” as if it’s Palestinians fault they live under a fascist occupation that’s trying to get rid of them.
8
@Retrogradez90 Im not sure which protests you’re referring to, but many of the protests in Israel right now are directed purely at Israeli interests. Sadly, most Israelis universally agree about Palestinians. They disagree about how radical they are, but pretty much every major political party in Israel supports the invasion of Gaza. Some polls showed majorities even thought Netanyahu wasn’t doing enough… So liberation isn’t going to come from Israelis, that’s never been how settler colonialism works. The settler colony society isn’t just going to reform itself to stop colonizing. Change is going to come from Palestinians and outside forces like it did in South Africa or Germany.
8
@Ilovedogs329 So what military permanently controls all of Gaza’s borders, imports, airspace, water supply, sea access and electricity?
7
@Ilovedogs329 So explain the difference between a permanent military occupation and a permanent siege.
6
@guillaumelagueyte1019 “in favor of peaceful cohabitation” as they throw a rave outside of the camp they are trapped in on the ruins of their stolen village
6
Hey you cannot question Lonerbox, he is a military expert that did 2 tours in nuketown on CoD
6
@Ilovedogs329 From Wikipedia, liberals favorite source of information: “The Palestinian territories are the two regions of the former British Mandate for Palestine that have been occupied by Israel since the Six-Day War of 1967, namely the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) and the Gaza Strip. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has referred to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, as "the Occupied Palestinian Territory", and this term was used as the legal definition by the ICJ in its advisory opinion of July 2004.”
5
@bted yeah just like Biden and Trump
5
@govinddas7876 You realize the “hostages”include active duty IDF soldiers right?
4
@bted she pretty clearly signaled she has the exact same stance on Palestine as Trump and Biden
4
@idansim1 Nazis could say the same thing, doesn’t change the fact that one side has a just cause and one side does not
4
@JohnSmith-mc2zz I’m appointing myself enough of an authority to say opposing fascism is definitely not anti semitic
4
@JohnSmith-mc2zz I’m not sure what solution your proposing, you just seem to be concerned trolling and tone policing about criticizing the fascist state
4
Do you know why Bowman is losing his seat? Partly because he’s being as an anti semite for criticizing Israel.
3
Sugarcane Steve aka the Nakba Gnome aka the Israeli Divorce Force
3
Most reasonable liberal 🤡
3
@omnipotentbanana1576 That’s true, but also kind of irrelevant in this circumstance, because Israel is literally an ethno state. When the ethno state starts saying they are being persecuted for their ethnicity, I think we should know better than to go along with those talking points.
3
@ezrabrownstein3237 That’s the problem though…for Israeli settlers, what’s happening IS beneficial to them. They get more homes, land and beach front property for Israel. The entire reason Israel was created was as a settler colony. The interests of the settlers are by definition the opposite of the interests of the indigenous population. It’s like trying to convince America to stop expanding west in the 1800s. The existence of the settler colonial project fundamentally relies on a population that wants to do the colonizing. Can you think of any example in history of the citizens of a settler colony just deciding to stop their colonial project? For Germany, change came externally, for apartheid, change came externally. That doesn’t mean there can’t be allies within the society, but ultimately I don’t see how that would be the driving force.
3
@garywebb2432 Isn’t Destiny’s whole schtick being insufferable and unlikeable on purpose?
2
Do you know any black people who are supporting a genocide to establish an ethnostate?
2
@fben5534 Wait are Palestinians occupying Israel or is it the other way around?
2
@JohnSmith-mc2zz Ok bye, go adult discuss your way out of supporting fascism.
2
@piratelechuck1911 Why would you be “criticizing” the victims of an ongoing colonial genocide?
