@jameshill4900 I'm pretty sure their backgrounds claims both of these men were mercenaries and not enlisted under the Ukrainian army, unless they provide proof of Ukrainian citizenship and enlisted under the foreign legion forces they will still be classified as mercenaries and one of those men Aiden has records of conducting various missions in Syria as a mercenary so really they aren't under any laws of the Geneva conventions which only applies for people who have directly enlisted in the army of the nation as a member of the armed forces and working for the country's interests, so it's contradictory to assume they aren't mercenaries especially when most of their background says otherwise so unless they reveal more background data about themselves we cant make falsified conclusions here
