Ukraine wants to join NATO and the EU, so it can be protected from Putin’s aggression. Russia is a corrupt regime under Putin. NATO, EU, Ukraine, and the US have never taken offensive action against Russia. Russia therefore is a bully and a menace, it is claiming self defense to curry favor domestically and abroad, but Putin’s real motivations are to distract the Russian public from his poor management of the nation.

Are you suggesting that the US occupy Bagram Air Base indefinitely? Or for a longer period? How is that possible? That wouldn’t be a withdrawal, that would be pointless as it wouldn’t change anything. Also, comparing this to the Vietnam War is folly, it took South Vietnam 2 years to fall since the US withdrew, here in Afghanistan, the government collapsed in only a couple weeks, no comparison. You also can’t call Biden a liar because he was mistaken. This was unplanned and none of the experts were expecting the government to collapse so rapidly. Unforeseen events happening doesn’t make Biden a liar, it makes him mistaken, and he can’t be blamed for this, his policy and military expert/advisors were all equally mistaken, and shocked at the speed with which the Afghan government collapsed

Canada hates culture and just like it hates immigrants. You can’t even immigrate to Canada without a college degree. Canada has skill based immigration and the US generally is more egalitarian. So much so, that top Democrats like Nancy Pelosi called the move to Model Canada as heartless and cruel.
