  43. FazzFire Yugoslavia?  Slovenia and Croatia are NATO members, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Montenegro are almost members. The US recognizes Kosovo.  Seems like most of Yugoslavia and NATO are friends.  As for Latin America, well that was the Cold War and that's in the past.  Same for the Iraq War, we now have a new president from a different party (Obama of course).  The US is allied with Saudi Arabia, but that is not bad.  It is a long term plan to spread democracy and liberalize the Middle East.  See the Democratic Peace Theory.
