  12. Scouts are Silent Death firstly, the recession started under Bush, before Obama was president. Secondly, college degrees make you more competitive and more likely to be hired, so they are useful in a tough job market

San Francisco has a booming economy and a high median income, property values are high due to the free market. I think the best way to proactive way to fight homelessness is voting Democrat and investing in education. Best reactive way is more incentives for local government to build affordable apartments to rent/buy
