The mere existence of a distinct horizon, rather than a blur between ground and sky, proves globe Earth.   11. Stop watching idiotic flat Earther videos. The aircraft design documents stating a non-rotating flat Earth is stating a design simplification. The shape of the Earth is necessary for aircraft navigation but not for aerodynamics. After all, carpenters don't bother calculating the effect of the Earth's magnetic field on nails because the effect is infinitesimal.

  16. You can buy satellite photography from companies such as Maxar or China Siwei. You have to buy them because private companies don't do public service, they sell to those spending hard cash for useful, accurate information.

  20. Been there, done that, liked the view. When I was a kid, I checked for myself with my own mark I eyeballs. Unlike flat Earthers, I thought about which of the two models made more sense. Ancient flat Earth and globe Earth models, of course. Modern flat Earth can be debunked just by seeing the Sun setting.

People see the horizon or lack for themselves, can see the movements of the Sun and stars for themselves, travel the world and notice distances for themselves. People insisting on the wrong shape of the Earth would be laughed out of the room by every cartographer, sailor, surveyor, explorer, logistics manager, amateur astronomer and anyone who's walked up a hill. As for greedy elites keeping land for themselves, history shows that's the OPPOSITE of what they do. Exploitation of land needs lots and lots of people, so the elites spent time and money convincing people to leave home and colonise. They didn't even let people already living there get in the way.

  37. In the case of the basic shape of the Earth, you can check yourself. In the globe Earth model, higher elevation means seeing more land, which can't happen in flat Earth ones. Thus, you can check yourself by walking up a hill. Don't need to trust anyone, read a book, or buy expensive instruments. Just need a pair of legs and the mark I eyeballs. And you get a nice view. What's stopping you?
