  4.  @CRT4Dummies  Elected judges must be neutral on Constitutional jurisprudence. They can be "partisan" on things not strictly governed by the US Constitution itself. The fact that they're elected makes them "politicians" which is true but only to the extent that "politics" affects whether or not they get the job. Political in the US legal lexicon means that legislators create law and so forth. Judges rule on fidelity to the law. That's their oath. The executive branches sign legislation and defend the law as written. That's the oath. Oath breakers do whatever they can get away with. By the way, in common law republics without a Constitution the judges do make new law in what is known as case precedents. Case precedents in the USA can't supersede legislative law. They can only abrogate law that violates the US Constitution.

What matters is Constitutional powers and legal theories behind issuing "rules" or "Executive Orders" that are not legally justified (hence are ipso facto unconstitutional). The legal theories that they allude to in this case are all inherently fallacious. And this also demonstrates just how dangerous these agencies are that issue "Administrative law rulings" that are practically impossible to fight in court. Even the Supreme Court Justices know what the problems are but the Communists think that a strict reading of the Constitution leads to "Disparity" and that they have to apply "special understanding" of "vestiges of slavery" and "bigotry" to interpret what legitimate emergency powers are (or should be). Critical Theory teaches this garbage. This started off as academic Marxism and now it has invaded every corner of the map and corrupted everyone's understanding of "democracy" and "democratic rights" and so forth. These is the "woke" cult based on dogmatic Jacobinism and Marxism (Marx's labor value theory and historical materialism where everyone must fight to overcome "theocracy" under whatever label they choose to use at any given time).

The country was created in the late 18th century. The only authority that could have outlawed slavery for the colonies as a consolidated political entity was the British Parliament. The entire "racial preferences" things is not about equal application of the law even even Utopian equality. It's about being in control of the Central Plan and who can dictate which group will give to the other group. It's pretty much the same instinct that makes people want to become Premieres in Communist regimes.

  8. How could you ever support someone like Bernie? That's a serious question. I'm not trying to corner you so take all the time you want. It's not just that they're crazy. This is where their founding doctrines lead any time they're in power. Everything reasonable about socialist doctrines has already been tried in the USA and we already have too much of it. There's no effort whatsoever to make these programs work. The programs are blatantly about vote pandering towards an eventual one-party soviet-style government. They have learned nothing from history. Any valuable lessons learned don't need to be couched in terms of an "ism" or lying vote pandering. If think it's rational to ramp up wealth redistribution then it should come by selling more mineral wealth extracted from public lands. They do the exact opposite not because they have "The Science" to show "Climate Change." Climate Change is about changing energy arbitrage to favor post-revolution Communist countries. Mainly China. How does it make sense for the USA to take petroleum away from the cleanest manufacturers and sell it to the dirtiest? I already know the answer. And my answer to that is that then we should be building nuclear power plants and more hydroelectric dams. Every policy prescription under "Climate Change" is about destroying US (and Western European) manufacturing and making the planet worse if their "climate" predictions are taken at face value.

The problem with Communists is all of the bad faith arguments that they employ from K-12 public education (and this yes bled over in to private schools and even Catholic schools). This negatively affects voters, juries and politicians. This means they control what "enemy" or "crime" even means. If you understand US law and what they did to Trump you realize that you can't simply outlaw "Communism" or some vague definition for what they do. Figure out how the Demon Rats turned the entire security state on "The Patriarchy" by mainstreaming stupid rhetoric and trying to demonize terms like "Republicanism" and so forth. It's based in pure, ignorant emotion but these people fill the halls of academia and now Congress. Biden is too far gone to be regarded as a Communist. Owned by, yes. Philosophically he's always been a total idiot that didn't even understand what he was supposed to learn in law school.

  19. FDR entered in to a broad security deal (presumably to protect the oil commerce) with Saudi Arabia just as WWII was winding down (and shortly before he died). As Truman came in and discovered what Stalin had been up to the last thing anyone in power in the US or Europe was worried about was Saudi Arabia being unnworthy of security protection given we also began to occupy Germany, Japan, and later North Korea and so forth. And in the long war the Saudis are still a positive partner against Communism and Shia theocratic imperialism.

The cases are still live. All of the cases are still live. The judges simply did not intervene in the Electoral College because this is run by the States. States are now conducting audits and producing evidence that can be used in any number of ways.
