  17. I'll say this. IF Harris happens to win in November, it will confirm one thing. The Democrat voting constituency officially votes primarily bases on ideology and nothing else. It will indicate that common sense things like being able to afford things to exist...no longer matter as much as simply pushing the ideology forward at all costs.

  23. Bull crap. Oil started ticking up the MOMENT we stopped using our own oil...you can NOT tell me it wouldn't bring it down if we went back. Sure it may take 8 months, but the oil industry operates on FUTURES. If they SEE that we are beginning to move to use our own, the futures will reflect that and prices WILL fall. They simply want it to be impossible to afford oil, and thus force you to go electric.

She literally ran as the "first Indian American president" in 2020...and now it's "the first black female". The point being, she will use whatever is most politically expedient at the moment. As for the current ticket, the long running idea for Democrats is that Trump is a horrible racist. Thus, being "black" this go round would serve to get the most votes logically, and thus, she is running as the first "female Black president" rather than "Indian"...

His entire election strategy the first time and his entire image all along was supposed to be the cool, calm, nice guy to Trumps roughness. To become Trump...against Trump...is SO dumb.   32. I'm not naive enough to just assume a huge win...but what these folks don't seem to be considering is that there is a silent vote. That vote can surely go either way, but with undersampled Repubs being in the lead in the polls...they are likely a bit further ahead than that. If you do get the silent vote on top of it...the polls wouldn't even come close to the reality of what actually could happen.

  33.  @TrumpCantRead  It doesn't. They gotten those bonuses for a LONG time, and the food has traditionally always been dirt cheap. Reason being, like it happening or not, the bonuses come from the revenue already generated by the business. They don't take the bonus from their annual budget ya goon.

He probably sees the higher paychecks bottlenecked higher up in the company and thinks it could easily be just passed on down. Problem with that is that the pay would then become vastly disproportionate with the risk, value, and skill level of the job. Risk factor being the fact that the owner stuck his neck out on the line with a business loan, took the risk of it defaulting if the business fails, takes the daily risk of having employees who will steal from him (not all, but a LOT of course), the risk of investors not getting paid back if they are involved, and 100 other risks. The entry level position employee took the risk of not getting hired. And if so, they'd apply somewhere else. That's it. It's a cut throat way of looking at it because business is business, it's not a matter of feelings and emotions. Managing your risk as the owner is really all that matters because you can't just throw your whole life away letting a business fail and defaulting on a loan because you would be sad if a fry cook got let go. It just has to happen. Anyway, you know all this I'm sure hahhaah

They have ONE product that is sold to (mainly) the middle class. They have no logical reason to eagerly try to price those customers out of their market.

  44. If it were about getting things under control regarding the pandemic, they would be encouraging anything at all that helps people out. Theraputics, vitamins, vaccines, healthy eating, all of it. The fact that the sole focus, and 100% of the energy is devoted to the needle, tells you they are not serious about doing whatever it takes. They are serious about being able to say everyone has a shot, even if they all still get covid. Why is that?

For Democrats to replace Biden at this point, aside from being forced to for health reasons or his passing, ESPECIALLY after all the primaries have happened...would be to openly acknowledge that the powers within the party will decide who your candidate is...not you. And that would be a huge slap in the face to the democracy they so feverishly claim to support.
