jobs booming, spending power up, infrastructure getting revitalized, and growth is already back to the pre-pandemic trend after Trump's massive covid recession
10
Quantum of course not
10
It’s funny because white people in rural areas benefitted disproportionally from obamacare
4
4.9% gdp growth, i'd say it's going well
4
@mallardcutter7209 for stating facts?
4
jobs booming, spending power up, infrastructure getting revitalized, and growth is already back to the pre-pandemic trend after Trump's massive covid recession
3
@kylebrynelsen9123 he was convicted for sexual abuse and fraud actually. More on the way
3
you'd have to be pretty immature to think it's that simple
3
@pogcow4178 great depression? We've grown over the past year at an inflation adjusted rate equivalent to the pre-pandemic trend. I believe trump called that the best economy of all time
3
most fentanyl gets here through legal ports of entry
3
@Ecstasis124 we just hit 4.9% gdp growth, median real wealth rose a record 37% since 2019, unemployment near record lows, a record 1 in 7 families now having a small business, and wealth inequality is at the lowest level since 2008. Yes, people are much better off
3
why wouldn't they? jobs booming, spending power up, infrastructure getting revitalized, and growth is already back to the pre-pandemic trend after Trump's massive covid recession
2
this isn't because of socialism, this is because Argentina lacks monetary sovereignty
2
who wouldn't be, jobs booming, spending power up, infrastructure getting revitalized, and growth is already back to the pre-pandemic trend after Trump's massive covid recession
2
Where’s the proof for these glitches
2
@liambruh4678 that is well debunked lol
2
@gifi11 They're striking because they're at the end of their contracts and want to win the best contracts. And they're currently doing that, with major victories already thanks to the most pro union administration in our lifetimes. We also just hit 4.9% gdp growth, median real wealth rose a record 37% since 2019, unemployment near record lows (with all time highes in prime age employment among blacks), a record 1 in 7 families now having a small business (driven mostly by black and hispanics), and wealth inequality is at the lowest level since 2008. It's pretty obvious which candidate has been better for African Americans, and last i checked Buden didn't have to be sued by the DOJ for refusing to allow black people to live in his apartments
2
Breaking quorum is isn’t illegal
2
to 4.9% gdp growt 😂
2
@briv2403 according the the fed national survey, people are doing really well. Also your tax payer dollars don't fund anything the federal government does, when they want to spend, they simply create the money to do so
2
@briv2403 it's not wrong just because it doesn't agree with your feelings
2
@briv2403 doesn't work unless you have ranked choice voting
2
why do dems keep wining elections then?
2
Right wing Supreme Court allowing legal bribery is destroying the country
2
@IBangedUrMom69420 gdp growth matters a lot, especially given projections. 4.9% for 1 quarter is unheard of. The jobs lost to covid have long since returned, we have millions more jobs now than we did before the pandemic. And we can now add a record breaking stock market to the list
2
They pretty much saved the Georgia presidential race and both senate run offs too
2
@andym7165 4.9% gdp growth, medicare negotiated drug prices, record low unemployment, restoration of our infrastructure and a manufacturing boom
2
@Sb_-vu2xj it means a hell of a lot, that amount of growth is unheard of. And people clearly can afford groceries since most of the growth was driven by consumer spending
2
jobs booming, spending power up, infrastructure getting revitalized, and growth is already back to the pre-pandemic trend after Trump's massive covid recession
2
Better yet read the bill for yourself. It’s clear voter suppression
2
Exactly. They focus on the ID’s because they want to ignore the bigger issues. They’re getting rid of polling places, reducing voting hours, getting rid of registration options, removing whole voting days, reducing drop boxes, reducing mail ballot request deadlines etc
2
ed dursky everyone there was democratically elected, not just the republicans. The people vote for the politicians not the bills
2
@spankyspork5808 people are only talking about ID’s. Haven’t seen one person mention getting rid of 24 hour voting, reducing drop boxes, reducing the time you can request a mail ballot and reducing early voting days
2
ed dursky I do know what your saying, but the people don’t vote for the bills. Breaking quorum is part of a politicians toolbox, look at what the repubs did in Oregon many times. Nothing undemocratic about it, especially when the bill is anti voter
2
If he entered the capitol itself he should be banned from voting. The minimum punishment for trying to disenfranchise millions is to be disenfranchised yourself
2
You conveniently ignored the part where they talked about getting rid of 24 hour polling and drive through voting
2
we've grown over the past year at a rate equivalent to trump's pre-pandemic rate
2
Global warming tends to do that. Rain will fall less and less evenly, some places will be flooded, others will forget what rain feels like
1
@Kevensith we just hit 4.9% gdp growth, median real wealth rose a record 37% since 2019, unemployment near record lows, a record 1 in 7 families now having a small business, and wealth inequality is at the lowest level since 2008. Yes, people are much better off
1
this is what having no monetary sovereignty creates
1
little did they know we'd reach 4.9% gdp growth
1
@slapshot68 yeah, the're near all time highs
1
@Pyr01 4.9% gdp growth and you morons were talking about a recession 🤣
1
If that were the cause, Japan would have been destroyed by hyperinflation decades ago
1
@VandalsGoths ?
1
"don't put in the newspaper that im mad"
1
if you're not monetarily sovereign
1
nope
1
Conservatives need to read the deficit myth by stephanie kelton. They'd learn why countries like the US, UK, Japan, and Australia are different from countries like Argentina, Venezuela and Russia
1
@blablabla8481 we just hit 4.9% gdp growth, median real wealth rose a record 37% since 2019, unemployment near record lows, a record 1 in 7 families now having a small business, and wealth inequality is at the lowest level since 2008. So yes
