Yeah Jake, the attack on Kyiv was absolutely terrifying; they all are!
I was on Rick's livestream and amongst other great guests, he had Aziza Eskender on his stream - she's Crimean Tatar and a very gifted artist*, who just moved to Kyiv recently - we were all chatting, donating and genuinely enjoying each others company - suddenly I/we all heard a sound of a lawn mower or something similar, a moment later Aziza said "it's a Shaheed drone" and she opened her window.
I'm truly not sure WHY she did this, maybe a hit is not so impactful and less dangerous without all that glass splintering (I've no idea, really), bc she didn't look outside for more than a few seconds.
Tbh we/the viewers were so scared and worried for all of them, that we totally forgot to ask about this, bc we all said she urgently needs to go to a shelter asap and stop being on the stream, but she was so relaxed.
* Maybe you can give her a shoutout one day please, she's a multifaceted talent, she makes really good music, has a fantastic singing voice, but also makes paintings and other art pieces.

@davidford3115 👍👍👍
I'm completely in awe ... this absolutely adorable Minecraft House reminds me so much of the secluded log cabin with garden I once had before my life-changing accident rendered me unable to live there anymore.
When we got it, it had one room, so we made a much larger roof on pols, closed the former porch, turned it into a bedroom, the small adjacent shed into a small kitchen (with a door through the wall), etc and the space between the house and the pols became a larger shed; we also made all furniture from things found in the nearby trash/dump.
If I wouldn't be disabled, I'd love to go to Ukraine, as at the very least I've lots of experience with making something useful like furniture out of nothing (like trash and seemingly useless items) ... although it might've looked "primitive" compared to modern people's standards, I loved that place where every piece was full of memories of the history how we had found and changed it. 😭
I'd like to help so bad, collecting money and also supporting pro-Ukrainian channels online isn't fulfilling enough for me by any means; it's torturous for me to sit around here and having to watch horrors and miracles unfold.
On the other hand I'm so hyped and inspired by this Minecraft prototype, that I already envision villages of them, bc this is entirely possible, almost for free and very satisfying for everybody who's into such creative activities.
The Ukrainian coming up with this idea during war is totally admirable, can't even compare this to the log cabin I had in times of peace ... geez, the flood of good memories coming back when looking at this lovely Minecraft House!

@VladVexler
Lol I didn't want to mention scammers initially, however you've noticed anyways that I'm fighting them.
Jake needs to be super-careful with that T... bot account, that is 4 months old, which in itself is very unusual from my experience, bc from my view normally average bots only last for a few hours to ~1 day with the same YouTube account and username/pp.
(Some of those bots do change their usernames and/or profile pictures though and slip through the cracks somehow).
It's impossible for me to do usual URL-reporting on that T-bot for some unknown reasons - meaning the reporting for identity theft/impersonating another person/etc stuff - bc YouTube doesn't open up their reporting window for that account.
Instead I always ended up on the bot's YouTube website every single time I tried to report it and initially it wanted to send me a message, but I declined.
I'm not a very computer savvy person, so I can just hope, that "allow*" and "refuse*" were not swapped/exchanged/(made the other way around) on that YouTube website by that bot-account, so that I allowed the message in, while actually believing I rejected it.
So I was sweating a bit til I checked mails, my account, YouTube studio, everything.
Thankfully a message didn't come, but I know a hacking attempt often won't show, so I'm still on alert ... not much can happen though, I don't do any online banking with that whole system anyways.
No need to apologize, I can imagine how hard it is to fight them, somehow those bots are always adapting ahead of time.
I don't know anything about making YouTube videos and how to fight those scammers as a channel owner, sounds like there're not enough options to do it.
Maybe a bot belonging to you could help?
* I'm terrible explaining that stuff in English, very sorry, everything's called differently in German.
PS.
I've made a copy of that bot's URL though, just in case it's needed and bc it's impossible to report it.
Could be the same problems when Jake's trying to get rid of it.

I might be totally wrong about this, Jake, bc I'm certainly the opposite of an expert on this whole topic, however I heard more than once, that many European countries had outsourced their weapon productions to the US in the past decades ... and at least Germany - and there might also be other European countries with the same or similar limitations, I'm not aware of - was allegedly not allowed to own or produce larger amounts of weaponry due to starting WW2 together with rų.
& That's why we don't have the luxury of having many weapon and ammo factories here in Europe anymore and relied so heavily on the US to send them to Ukraine on our behalf - I don't think or at least I'm not sure, if we expected the US to "lead us"* or make the first move - basically it would've taken new negotiations, agreements, laws and especially solutions to satisfy Ukraine's shell hunger problem.
* Is the US the leader of NATO?
I'm not sure tbh but I'll look into it.
There just were no wars in Europe for 8 decades (except for ex-Yugoslavia during the 90ies) and so any war related factories here "kinda starved" and closed down, but you're right, we just oversplept that we should've build new such factories during the past ~1000 days, I agree, I'm just not sure if ALL European countries were legally allowed to do so, due to post WW2 multilateral agreements we diligently honoured.
But in turn Europe helped Ukraine financially, to assure they can pay for their basic needs, like their pension and education system, medical institutions, military salaries, etc, to generally keep Ukraine afloat as a country ... which to me makes perfect sense, at least that's how I understand Ukraine related agreements between Europe and the US (... but as mentioned I could be totally wrong).
Tbh I don't even understand this whole "Europeans against Americans" beef you mentioned in your community post ... guess there were just lots of European viewers venting their frustrations and grievances in their comments about speaker Mike Johnson delaying Ukraine military support for several months and the US not allowing strikes into rų with US weapons, but I don't think it's that serious, or at the very least I really really hope that's not the case!
Unfortunately people don't always think ahead when writing their comments and as an individual I can't influence nor change others posts.
Anyways ... we Europeans must wake up now - and we allies shouldn't accuse each other, let alone "fight" in unnessessary online arguments - bc that'd make rų SUPER HAPPY.
& So we absolutely mustn't give them some more ammunition to drive a wedge between us.
