  11. The government didn’t have a plan in place for all the jobs the young need and took the USA route but no country can do that unless it goes around the world attacking. India is not that kind of country and now have a surplus. Maybe the police force can recruit more cause young people taking to the streets will be more common when a place has mass unemployment. Young people with no work and money is normally the number 1 reason a government gets toppled
