@HamishDuh2nd track... illegal ... guns.. you crack me up.
1
@HamishDuh2nd you can make quite effective guns out of basic materials including propellant...... so mass production or not isn't really an argument. the fact is since nobody in canada is armed... he could have killed just as many with a basic bow and arrow.....
1
@nomealow it sure does make more of them... makes more criminals DEAD.

@jackburton7959 I lived in Brazil for a few years... about 2 years ago, in in the city i used to live in, a gang robbed the main bank in the city of 150k so a decent sized bank, they blew up the vault and had a vacuum truck to clear the debris, also they had literal truckloads of machine guns, and were shooting for hours to keep the police away while they loaded up like 20+ million reais and untold amounts of personal belongings in private safes. That's an entire truckload of guns a small gang had... and by and large brazilians are completely unarmed can't even buy a gun at all unless you have done a mountain of paperwork and your life is actively under threat.

He is not a leader... he is a dictator. Take a look at any leader in the free world, thier leaders suggest soemthing, then everyone says yeah, that's what we are gonna do and then they proceed, when they have stupid ideas people can say no.
1
who are you kidding.... Dems started all this with burning down cities, the police in these democratic cities started it with their excessive force, and the thugs they were arresting that deserved arrest but not inhuman treatment guess what they started it too.
1
Mostly gang violence... canada doesn't have too many gangs does it....
1
Correct... only too 12 hours too long that's all. Unfortunately Canada doesn't trust it's citizens to protect themselves.
1
@Donald Thorpe suspicion is adequate for what he did....you don't need evidence, and his actions would have caused suspicion regardless of his color.
1
@jamais412 "Personally though, I think the guy looks the type." ....aaaand you're off the Jury.
1
It's intentional... simple gets the point across, he repeated a lot because its a basic marketing tactic. this is the same guy that debated Jeb bush right out of his chair 3.5 years ago.... so maybe his speeches are simple, but his task at hand is different than it was then also. Maybe he is a president that doesn't feel the need to make his head bigger than it already is... LOL
1
@JakeBor seems more dangerous to people wit health problems but yeah..... also I already had the flu this year nobody wants extra bad flu even regular flu sucks.
1
@dougwochna9335 yeah cause apparently 2-3 shot and not killed at all is a mass shooting these days... also most of these shootings are intergang violence and continue because of disarmament of the law abiding populace in those areas.
1
nice try167 because criminals won't give up their guns and law abiding citizens become easy pickins, places like Canada and austrailia only saw minor upticks because they have very little violent crime to begin with, while in South America (Brazil) it became a free for all, and they are slowly reverting many of their gun control laws because of that.
1
What evidence is there that they killed him because racism.... ZERO. He had been ran off before... the cops had been called and he attacked them they did not shoot him as he was running away...... they shot him as he was attacking them.

A hello there I am a radical right winger... aka Classical Liberal like our founding fathers, I identify most with Constitutionalism and Libertarians and small government. Most of the division in our country comes from government overreach... LGBT caueses... mostly due to tax differences for the married and marriage licensure get rid of that and half the issues go away, demilitarize the police and rearm the citizen and boom, crime rates drop and criminals get shot on sight rather than rotting in jail on our dime. Eliminate the corporate lobby... and all monetary and otherwise lobby contributions, magically laws will start to reflect the best interests of the people and not just maximum profits for the corporations. Ever wonder why people don't want to wear masks??? It's because they were ordered to do so, a direct affront to the freedom we hold dear, if people had been asked and the reasons to do so clearly explained by professionals, people would wear them instead it has become a political topic insane! Restructure how our budget works so expenditures are actually budgeted as needed and not needed just to fill the budget so it doesn't shrink next time around.
1
Because technically they are correct... also it is entirely possible there were others involved. etc... people are suspects until you prove them guilty.
1
trespasser attacks neighborhood watchmen... gets shot news at 11...
1
Attack the guy protecting his neighborhood... you get shot.
1
@dougwochna9335 Because JJ misinterpreted and misrepresented those facts in a disingenuous and frankly rather ignorant manner.... which I have already soundly refuted above but clearly you ignored the facts.
1
Mag You have drawn a stupid conclusion... it's a people problem not a gun problem, the same as drug problems are actually people problems, you cant fix that by treating symptoms you have change people to respect guns and drugs and not use them irresponsibly.
1
Mag who ever said anything about mentally ill people... it's already illegal to sell them a gun, a felony in fact.
1
@omi_god check your history books gun violence is up in canada on average since these laws were enacted. the proof is in the pudding , "gun control" kills.
1
@artstrology I agree with you to a degree... but the prevalence of idiots is a societal problem. and as you aptly point out... its the idiots not the guns that are the problem. Many of our governmental programs end up promoting the existence of more idiots... .
1
If it were a hate crime... they'd have shot him on sight rather than attempt to detain him until he attacked them where upon he was shot in self defense. if you bothered to read up on this incident... the neighbor had ran him off before so he was in this instance criminally trespassing and as such they had a right to detain him until the police arrived.
1
@readally2618 Hey a valid insult is a valid insult... playground or otherwise.
1
@TubeCesar007 got a link to where anyone has going on record saying that? That would at least reduce it to manslaugher... if not self defense.
