Having Wiki’d the Institute of Economic Affairs,the very right-wing think-tank behind Truss and Kwarteng…….there will be NO NHS,just the inequality that we have seen already and taxes used for their own benefit,if not wasted. Social Care is largely provided and paid for by County Councils.My Tory CC reports that it’s main Govt. grant has been cut by 90% over the last 10 yrs.Frankly,I wouldn’t trust this Tory Govt. to manage any major change to our public services…..Windrush, Grenfell, Brexit, PPE. Instead of dictating more tax increases…..we should, at least discuss the system used by Germany.

Ambulances cannot discharge emergency patients because there neither enough beds or nurses.Shift after shift,the NHS has to cover this by employing agency nurses……some of whom can cost £2,000 a shift ! ( hence Tory claims of putting more money into the NHS ) Actually,it is going to private firms(who then pay the nurses….who THEY employ.) Exactly the same happens with cleaning and security staff. As more nurses leave,due to low pay ….the situation gets worse ! THIS IS HOW THE TORIES WILL PRIVATISE THE NHS ! You will pay !
