  31. In the Netherlands "Chinese" food is very distinctly Indonesian, in fact almost every Chinese restaurant calls itself "Chinese-Indian", but if you'd go to China and order nasi goreng , babi panggang, pangsit, lumpia, Etc. Nobody would even remotely know what you're talking about.

I'm mixed African, European, Jewish, and Indigenous American and have mostly lived in a very rural place in the Netherlands, when I talk to other people they can hear that I sound "like a farmer" but it is more often that people speak English with me because they assume that I am a foreigner than with my Asian wife who actually can't speak Dutch. People do this here because we have had a large influx of Asians during the 1940's and we're used to Chinese and Indonesians speaking Dutch fluently, in fact I was in a train from The Hague to Rotterdam the other day and the conductor spoke English with me while I saw a couple of Guangdongers who only spoke Jyut with some bad English be spoken in Dutch to, thankfully my child looks "fully white" because if you mix someone with partially African blood with an Asian the "middle road" seems to be European.

They are literally saying that half-White children are "more Asian than the Asians themselves". In the Philippines this is exactly the same, almost every Miss Philippines I've seen was half-European and a lot of their movie stars are also half-European.
