  8. If they are considered children, then the state must pay for their care in frozen orphanages. Further, since they would be in the care of the state due to the above, they need to pay for adoption benefits and transfer to adoptive parents, as the state would do if they were actual children. Also, if the embryos are left at the doors of the supreme Court, if the justices saw them and ignored or even worse, stepped on them, are they guilty of endangering a child or murder?
