@Son96601 Are you really saying that Matty and Brad have no knowledge of cooking? I think you need to look up their backgrounds, especially Matty. Those individuals you listed are fake, with their fake video edits, maintained by Food Network or whatever else. It seems you prefer “fake”, edited personas rather than genuine personalities who make mistakes and make fun of themselves. Seems to me you’ve said enough about your tastes, lol.

Matty Matheson does the same and I absolutely love the dude, it’s just entertainment from charismatic individuals. I’m sure there’s tons of boring YouTube chefs who don’t talk much and get things done.

@Son96601 I disagree, I’d rather watch Brad and Matty for their entertainment value, which doesn’t take away from their culinary knowledge and professionalism, mind you. They’re just real, being real people, and you’d rather not see that, which is fine.

@Son96601 Sure, Son, everything goes perfectly well in the kitchen, according to your presumptions. Seems like you’ve never cooked many dishes in the kitchen before, made mistakes or got distracted by your family and friends. Seems like you need to experience life more ;)

@Son96601 It’s called freedom of expression, and even if you don’t find it appealing, others do. I’ll get out of my “basement” when COVID stops having so many restrictions ;)
