Reality is nobody will hire a manager without experience. It's pity, university does not teach reality. I have an engineering class. The professors divided us up into several team to develop and bid for a project. The winners get A and everyone else get F. He said in real life there is no runner up. A great lesson.

  38. Historical developed nation migrated to higher value jobs. A lot of people bashing China took joy in pointing out China has a big youth unemployment problem. This is true. But what people do not know is there is also a shortage in labor in low paying factory jobs. Like the west, the youth do not want factory jobs. And China is off shoring to Vietnam as the West did 40 years ago.

Poll shows DPP leading with 29%. DPP might win cuz the other anti-war parties are spliting the vote. The war will start with China will cancel ECFA trade agreement.
