  5. 1) My screen time is on my Laptop rarely using my phone. I usually consume content in the morning drinking my coffee while waiting for breakfast so I can finish taking my meds. I watch content to wind down getting ready for bed. I mainly watch content, videos, and movies that algins with my values. I have serious ongoing health problems which can increase my screen time. On my really rough days my screen time increases taking an easy until I recover. I am the type who likes creating with my two hands more than consuming content that rots the brain. 2) I just finished painting my gate and wall around my house. It may not sound like much, However I had stroke on Dec. 13th of last year. Today I plan to clean up the outside to prep my car port and house for more painting. My ongoing health problems will not allow much work on a ladder. I will hire a Thai local to finish what I am unable to accomplish. My health problems don't stop me creating those types of moments it only postpones them. 3) As a little kid I learn all types of skills from elders while other children were playing. Some adults found that annoying until they realize I was serious about learning. There is not much I can't accomplish in life. My expectations are always grounded in reality setting realistic goals. Many people today don't have the basic skills to navigate life being replace with creature comforts. 4) I rarely need to use entertainment to escape reality. Being an older gent, I have created a good life for myself. I have peace mind enjoying the rewards of creating a better life. 5) One bad habit I still have is smoking which is very bad for you. I smoke a few cigarettes a day and increases when facing bad days with my health. I guess I am the type who needs a smoke after getting shot. Give a cigarette and will make it through those rough patches. 6) I keep my circle of friends small. Living in a village in Thailand I don't see many English speaking people. Most of the time is helping resolve problems or just daily activities. Most people rent convivence instead creating a meaningful life that withstands the test of time. 7) If the internet disappears tomorrow, give me more time focus what really matters. However living in a village, I use online to purchase what can't be found in stores. It would make living in a village impractical switching to a more convenient location. 8) My life is based in reality enjoying life. My health keeps me on my toes not leaving room for unnecessary distractions. By staying comfortable in my life helps avoid the negativity in the world. 9) I don't pay to stay connected to a world filled with problems. I pay $9 a month for a phone mainly for emergencies or important needs. Most content rots the brain with people not taking of basic adult responsibilities. 10) I fill present and alive every day enjoying what really matters. Already creating good life for myself, I just need to maintain it. My health problems remind me I am not bullet proof. Being married we face the world together. I have accomplished many things people are still struggling with. My health has held me back a bit adjusting as tomorrow changes. I hope many others can surpass me in life. My heart smiles when people find the happiness they deserve.
