  47. When Ukraine takes out 50% of Russia’s Oil Refineries, the war is virtually over by Thanksgiving, and winding down. The reporting is that the Nuclear Plant is out of the question. Maybe not. If secured, Russia would not be able to bomb it, but could Ukraine have enough manpower to control it for a period of time.
