So how are these combat infective units doing it that they are moving forward now, rather swiftly? Magic?
1
No will to fight yet they went over some of most fortified land on earth. Russians are... strange. God forbid, they have will to fight, they may take all of Europe!
1
So when will Ukraine surrender - after that defeat of Russia or before? Just wondering.
1
Yes, both will win. That is the plan. Victory for both. Russia gets 25% of Ukraine, Kiev gets 75%.
1
Sooooo Russia wins the war? Question when will Ukraine surrender? We are looking at huge strategic defeat of Ukraine this year - even this spring. There is already pressure for UA to surrender. If US sends its 60B Ukraine may make it to 2025 and then surrender - but its on the ropes.
1
Dude, support for war is over 70%. Only some young and rich in the cities are against. Where rail yard is support is easily over 90%.
1
What for? So Russians are better armed?
1
Collapse? They been moving forward every day in Donbass - its Ukrainians on constant retreat that are about to collapse.
1
@ArchOfficial Why? Artillery smash - troops move it. Ukraine has over 2 to 1 advantage.
1
Maybe, but Ukrainian defenses in Donbass just collapsed - so I guess they been closer to that edge.
1
Yeah, I am sure 4x as many Ukrainians that "escaped" Kiev regime will do the same in Russia, right?
1
@stephengraham1153 There is no plan to occupy Ukraine at all. Putin is simply doing Kosovo move - same as US did but also with ground forces. Did US occupy Serbia? Nope. Or similar to first gulf war.
1
@stephengraham1153 Plan is to also destroy a lot of enemy's equipment and knock them out of war. They could not just strike in one place, but many, to make sure all is taken out, no "some". also there may be a plan to cut Ukraine east off. Its really hard to say - but occupying Ukraine would not be a good idea - as far as I know. But then again, I though Putin will first pre-squize Ukraine before attacking. So I have been wrong before.
1
@stephengraham1153 Obviously there was a plan - it must have been in the making for months.
1
Well, obviously Russia is winning big now - giving massive losses to Ukraine. Its atrition war - they are wearing Ukraine thin. For Russia its a war of survival as well - the war will continue until Ukraine folds or last Ukrainian dies. I point to the later. I.e. Russia will fight to the end. New Ukraine that emerges... if it emerges - I doubt that. Most likely scenario is no Ukraine.
1
@TheGnue US said it would be illegal to take that $. And they are right, as it would enable Russia to do the same. So essentially it would mostly be US investors paying for the restoration of Ukraine, not Russia.
1
If Putin falls, he will be replaced by Putin 2.0
1
@CharlesAlkhal I am sure they have a succession plan in place. He is Putin knows well. That someone could be more hard line. It would be bad if that someone was dead as that would lead to fight for power where worst dog wins.
1
Some do some don't - if they like to have them its not expensive to get them for a soldier - around $200 plus. So average Russia can get them if the army would not provide them. Then again, that famous Finnish guy, he did not use any optics. So it cannot be that bad without them.
1
@jurgnobs1308 Yes and no. At the same time.
1
Maybe tad tougher - they sure prepared well for a long fight. So they knew that it can be a long fight.
1
If it was so important it would be part of Soviet Union since like 1945.
