@pjelpers If it's not a crime, then why are we talking about it?
People have a right to privacy, and nothing is more private than sex.
People are not choosing to make any such sacrifices you say they are, that's why birth control exists, and abortion for when that fails.
Consent isn't valid unless it comes from the woman, Patrick.
The question of consent is hers to answer, not yours.
You're free to use your penis for whatever you want, you do decide what its' purpose is.
You're free to hold yourself to a higher standard and only use it if you're willing to have children, but others are under no such obligation.
If you want to put your penis inside of somebody else, that becomes a question of their bodily autonomy, and it is their question to answer.
If their answer is "No, you may not be inside of me", then entering or remaining inside of their body is an injustice to them, and may result in your immediate and justified death.
This is why abortion is a human right.

@pjelpers Infanticide is an entirely different set of circumstances and does not meet the criteria for self-defense.
It does not protect your body or health.
Abortion does.
For this reason, I'm not going to discuss infanticide with you, as it is not relevant.
Development matters, as without development, personhood is impossible.
People's sex lives are private and are not to be considered, feel free to talk about things that are public, though.
Normal people don't obsess with sex like you do.
I hope you get help.
The greatest good is myself, and my right to bodily autonomy, as is yours.
Laws exist to protect bodily autonomy, and when the law errs, respect for those laws dwindle.
Sorry, dictator.
My medical record is not your business.
