  9. Lawler has not been the same since the fight with Macdonald. He lost against Condit in my opinion, got knocked out in the first round by Woodley, looked very unimpressive against Cowboy, got badly beaten by RDA, had a somewhat good showing against Askren but would have lost if he would have stayed in the choke, and the got throughly dominated by Covington.

  16. I'd love to see him win the UFC belt. It is always good for MMA when a champion from a "lesser" league comes over and wins UFC gold. It goes to show that there are great fighters in other organizations as well.

  22. Very nice win for Bisping. I am very sure that there will be a third fight between the two though. I didn't expect to see Rockhold finished in the first, he came in way too arrogant and didn't respect Bisping's ability as a fighter. I think he really was trying way too hard to get the first round knockout that he promised, however he ended up getting knocked out in the first. I really hope Bisping's next defense is against Rockhold. They should do Jacare and Weidman for a number one contender spot.

  24. FangsOfKomodo Jose should circle around alot and target the lead leg too, that way he can weaken Conor's power attacks. Jose is a world class Jiu-Jitsu fighter but he prefers to strike. I think his Jiu-Jitsu should be something to implement in a fight. Standing the whole fight is too dangerous.

  26. *****​ I gave him every round except round two. Let's be honest though that knockdown happened because Condit was off balance. Even in round five Condit out worked Lawler. Aside from that one flurry in Round 5 the rest of the round was all Condits.

  31. After this win Eddie Alvarez is going down as one of the best fighters in the history of MMA. A champion of every organization he has fought for. He has also avenged two of his four losses. With that said I think Donald Cerrone we be a great title defense for Eddie Alvarez, it would be a great fight and it would give him the chance to avenge another loss.

  33. DanBones I agree that Holloway deserves a title shot, but if McGregor comes back down to 45 he has to fight Aldo again and unify the belts. If that happens then Holloway will be sitting out for a while, which is something I'm sure he doesn't want to do. Stephens might be calling out Pettis, but he lost to Pettis already in a not so entertaining fight. I don't think the UFC will entertain that option, also Stephens is ranked under Oliviera. I think Pettis vs Swanson would be an awesome match. I like Pettis vs B.J Penn too, that is if Penn can beat Lamas in his next fight.

  35. I know alot of people are hoping that Jon Jones loses because they think he is a scumbag, lowfife, bum, etc. I think people need to stop focusing on his personal life so much. It seems like people tend to forget about the immense talent that he has due to them being so caught up into what he does is his life. I'm a fan of him not because of his actions outside the cage, but because of what he is capable of doing inside the cage. I hope he wins this fight in dominate fashion and then moves on the the next.

  38. Alexander Lee I would say Chad with a full training camp would have a 95% chance of winning. If his cardio was better he would have won the fight. He dominated the whole fight until the end, and was the first fighter to draw blood from Conor and actually test him.

  39. ResoluteRecords You damn fool regular training all year long isn't equivalent to an intense training camp. Admit it or not Conor has a big hole in his game which is wrestling. A three month training camp is not gonna make him be able to outwrestle a guy who has wrestled his entire life. Conors torn MCL is an injury he will most likely deal with for the rest of his career. He messed up his knee against Holloway and was out for a year. It was a serious injury and will be reocurring so don't use that excuse. How about you get your head out of Conor's ass and look at things with a more genuine outlook?

  40. +Killcycle1989 He also lost to Randy Couture. He beat him a few seconds into their second bout when he cut Couture's eyelid. The doctors stopped the fight, so he won the belt off of a cut. In the third bout he got dominated and the stats say he only landed 3 strikes as opposed to Couture's 50.

  48. Kokainuser Nate Diaz who you say isn't P4P material choked out McGregor earlier this year and then fought five hard rounds with him as well. Let us not forget that McGregor is ranked 2 on the P4P list. There is no shame in losing to RDA either, he was top ten P4P before his loss to Alvarez, whi Cerrone beat by the way.

  49. Kokainuser I do agree with you on the list being more exclusive, I think perhaps there should be atop 15 P4P list for men and one for women. The only problem is that there are not a great deal of female fighters so they would probably have to cut the list down to top 5 P4P female fighters.
