@jeffwalsh6015 I am sure her son ,grandson and staff will take care of her for as long as necessary . The Queen has been very healthy all her life and at the moment is trying to adjust to being an elderly lady with some physical problems .

@horationelson6526 As a former manager I remember some extremely good advice.When you start a new job do not begin by running down the staff or previous management .Talk to people and treat them with respect explaining you have a lot to learn. Once you think you have met everyone and have a good / very good knowledge of the way things run arrange a meeting to discuss ideas for improved efficency ; an open forum. Once people have aired their views then you can take the best ideas forward with enthusiasm.Clearly you will not have 100% commitment but everyone will have had a chance to contribute. What lessons from the above did M learn from her brief experience within the British Royal family?
