  1. The closure of Police Stations and local Tax Offices are attributable to Osborne and his austerity programme .There is always a price to be paid for public expenditure cuts but the Tories never mention that.

  21.  @Eleventhearlofmars  It is an extremely serious matter to accuse a former Prime Minister of lying to his colleagues and the opposition in the House of Commons .The members of the Committee were extremely thorough and careful because they knew B J would greet their findings with bluff and bluster .Because of the time taken and the presentation of the evidence the majority of Conservative MP's had no real alternative but to vote to accept the findings. I do not know why B J was not asked to pay his own legal costs but I assume it is the custom of the House of Commons. All I can say is that this really upsets me as a U K taxpayer .
