@bluemuppet6 i know that some go into the soap land industry, some become gravure idols. You also have to blame the parents for allowing their daughters to do this at a younge age, they know fairly well the type of guys that are in Japan..yet still allow them. So any harm that befalls them is the parent's responsbility too. I've seen first hand at dudes in their 30-40s gawking at them as young girls. ive been to new talent meet events where groups come to Akihabara and promote themselves So in essence, Japanese idols do this do themselves. They go into the industry knowing all too well what it's like to be an idol.
1
@bluemuppet6 there are gravure idols under 18, i won't get into more info. but there definitely are. soap lands are places u go to get clean the girl rubs her body on you with soapy bubbles..cleans you up and usually other services are included. depending on the price. easy to find more info on the net though. lol and yes..idols would never fly in the states, there would be lawsuits all over the place. :D
1
@bluemuppet6 but yes..few ex idols become soap land girls as a side job along with say deli heru or delivery health. they can charge a high price because of them being former idols.
1
Isn't there also a half Japanese member of AKB? She's extremely popular among Japanese guys.
1
@shl9322 I was under the impression that he does. lol
1
True. One thing i find sad is when ppl say Japanese are not having sex which is clearly not true. Love hotels are dotted everywhere in the country and during holidays they are booked. You also have a lot of sex workers/delivery sex workers. If nobody was getting it on, those girls would be out of a job. :P

I lived there for 7 years working at many schools. I’ve seen bullying and schools often have anti bullying student meetings, but these are prob for show. They have little effect. The govt isn’t strict on bullying. Suicides are common due to it. :((
1
Nobita’s wife is a gaijin too. Apparently she’s expecting too 😊much
1
@pokyboss4281 ahh in China there are many of these scams. No need to use actresses, just a random sexy girl lol (guys think with their hormones unfortunately) :(
1
There are few Male prostitutes in Japan. I wonder if they make much. lol
1
As an American guy, I tried to date a gyaru once but it was just friendship on her side and I was really interested in her. I definitely would be open to dating a gyaru. :D
1
However...one personal story of mine. I used to live in Akita as a study abroad student. I stayed overnight in a train station stall once during the winter while on a trip to visit another friend in Osaka. Another person was also doing the same. I think she was also a student, maybe high school. She bought 2 hot cans of cocoa and gave one to me. The can was very warm and we didn't speak much...but her kindness was greatly appreciated. I never talked to or contacted her after that. I don't even think we exchanged information. This proves that kindness to strangers in Japan does happen, albeit not common.
1
so this is what I don't get. If these scammy procedures are getting more wide spread via information on the net, why are sooo many girls still fallling into this type of trap? You'd think they'd bring a friend/male friend to come along for the support.
1
I look forward to the Nobita/Oriental Pearl collab video. :D
1
He's one of the only foreigners in Japan that's dated a famous idol. I heard he dated a girl from morning musume
1
I think Nobita would be a great father and husband. Isn't he married by now?
1
Japanese girls sometimes have fanged teeth..or yaeba. Many Japanese guys go crazy over this. Some girls have natural yaeba while some girls change perfectly nice teeth into this style. Korean girls would never have teeth like that, beauty matters in Korea. Even perfect teeth. Cosmetic surgery is quite common in Korea, as young as junior high school girls get some type of cosmetic work done removing blemishes on skin etc Your looks determine if you get a job or what kind of job in Korea. It's pretty bad.
1
The thing is..milfs have been big in Japan for a long time. lol This isn't a recent thing. The demand has been high for quite some time, so men pay..and women know what they want. :P
1
I'm pretty sure Nobita is the opposite of this guy. He doesn't have kids yet I hear, but i'm sure he'd be an awesome dad. Isn't he newly married?
1
Kissing a girl with heavy make-up = very gross LOL Imagine kissing a girl's cheek..but you ingest a few layers of make-up/chemicals..etc T.T
1
Which would make the best waifu? :)
1
There are girls that want to be single mothers it seems. There is even a magazine or two for only single mothers. crazy I don't know if it's like this anymore..but used to be.
1
The gyaru magazine Egg is still very popular i think.
1
@zombiesrock61 I don't think he replies to anyone. :P
1
@japanfanatic1415 I'm very curious if he's dating a foreigner. I think he's single and not interested in dating/marriage. :P
1
It also means barbarian I think. Which is cool to be called as a guy :D I know Japanese that even call Aino as gaijin, it's crazy.
1
I'm sure this is causing stress with many couples around the world. Not just Japan.
1
@vivoslibertos In this case..customer being fans. These girls give apologies to their fan base. Then are scorned/deranked appropriately. Not all agencies have the same contract terms. Akimoto's company has one of the worst contracts stipulations for almost any idol company in Japan. Go figure..when that SMAP member had a baby with his gf *now wife*, his fan base didn't decrease..and he was one of the most popular members of the group. I think that's very rare though in the JPOP industry.
1
@elpacho6173 Actually it has nothing to do with attention seeking it was to apologise to the fans for supposedly causing trouble. Fans make or break an idol's career in Japan. If you're in the top, fan wise, you're in that top bracket. If your popularity falls, you get knocked down ranks. That's why akb48 has a ladder system
1
@zzBaBzz True they have the final say but they have events often that determine the popularity of what member. Even the most popular member can get knocked down due to a scandal etc. like the case of the girl that shaved her head
1
@temujinchannel8584 A bit...yea.
1
On some dating sites and other dating apps. I would see their occupation listed as neeto I had no idea until now what that meant. The age range was usually in the early 20s, now that makes sense.
1
@stevenkyle7255 You should be a therapist :D
1
@lets see what happens That's why bullies usually bully people. To make up for their lack of superiority by picking on people weaker than them.
1
@lets see what happens Yep. T.T I stood up to a bully or two in school, most of them stop after you stand up for yourself once or twice. A few keep on afterwards, yet their bully reputation is lessened. :P
1
@lets see what happens Just from experience. Im sure many had bullying experience during some point in their life. :(
1
I wonder...if it happened to a high politician or celebrity, if that would help raise awareness on the issue.
1
Japanese women are starting to rack up body count like western girls. 😮
1
@vivoslibertos Most welcome. I love Japan and just bout everything about it. I lived there for 7 years..studied various aspect of their culture. I even tried to get celebs to form a boost the population concert. Didn't go well. :(
1
One thing to note, women over 30 or so used to be called Christmas cake and want to get married quick. Christmas cake used to be a widely used term in Japan. I don't know if its used nowadays.
1
He's the biggest male porn star in Japan.
1
Nah...i've fell for that trick a few times. Luckily the most I lost was around 60$
1
@gfr73 I've been a sucker a few times. I'll admit it. Dam hormones...you failed me!
1
@earlysda My friends are probably older and were used to the drinking culture before this started. Drinking used to be for various reasons. Now it seems it's a lot less.
1
Most girls i know in Japan don't date non Japanese. I'm very curious how a woman is not able to tell the difference between a recorded video call..and a live one.
1
@Sherrice The vast majority do actually. A very small minority date foreigners with an even smaller % marrying one.
1
@グノシア Or a Jody. Remember Karen = bad. Tina = good. i know i'm not the only one with Tina memes on their fb
1
English teacher/manga story writer :)
1
Combine this with the (yaeba teeth look) and there ya go. Lol
1
