As I understand it, Kherson is unlikely to be a military attack. The Russians are boxed up with no supply lines and no means of escape. I believe it will be an old fashioned siege. Basically, let them starve until they give up.

The man is a journalist. He’s not a presenter. He is also using a highly compressed line that cuts the signal between words making pauses sound clipped.

Zaporisia (sp) has more than enough spent fuel to make a dirty bomb. BUT it’s highly radioactive so would be hazardous to anyone nearby long before it’s blown apart. More likely the plant is being mined and booby trapped. Maybe they didn’t have the means but it looks like Ukraine seriously screwed up by losing the plant to Russia.

Vladimir Mikhailovich Gundyayev - Patriarch of Russian Orthodox Church is an ex KGB officer and one of the richest men in Russia. His house cost $40 million.

Check out the lectures by Patrick Moore (he founded Greenpeace). He explains the genuine evidence about CO2 and how it’s consciously ignored by policy makers.
1
That would make Putin the martyrs. Definitely not a good idea. In any case, he’s a Ukraine asset right where he is now.
1
Xi can’t try for Taiwan at this time of year. But regardless, he’s biding his time to see how The West handles Putler.

Telegraph generally restricts the adverts but from time to time it gets forgotten and their talents get marred by crass adverts every few minutes.

Su-57 is manoeuvrable but it’s just a facelift of the Soviet aircraft. It’s not even close to 5th generation performance.
1
100% of “Yes to Russia” turned up but only 97% voted yes. Those three fifth columnists need to be found.
1
The autonomous chain guns used on US and British ships would have taken out those sea drones. They would not have been asleep on the job as the Russians clearly were. Two drones hit the ship’s stern. Zero attempt to get it moving.
1
Patriarch Kirill is one of Putin’s KGB pals and has got very rich from his position at the top of the church. The Catholic pope is either incredibly naive or incredibly duplicitous.
1
Hitler exploded a nuclear device in late 1944 in Poland. It created a blue flash but failed to give a full explosion. Coincidentally, Oppenheimer (struggling with triggers) said he would not have a test device before 1946. Three months after Hitler capitulated the US had a working bomb using German infrared fuses.
1
It piddles me off that Ground News an outfit that supposedly allows people to judge political bias is itself biassed. Apparently Right wingers don’t support Ukraine, BBC is unbiased and Daily Telegraph is right wing. The DT war podcast clearly is not factored in and This current story must be right wing because Lefties ignore the issue.
1
Many Russians seem to choose to believe clear rubbish from the propagandists. But this drone fiasco is d so o bad even they must realise it’s fake. They even had firemen on hand.
1
A military win by Ukraine is achievable- but only if NATO and USA continue the support in weapons and equipment to rebuild damaged infrastructure. To stop now will simply condemn Ukraine and Europe to ongoing war and misery.
1
Putin simply wants control of the old Soviet satellites. Any concern about NATO expansion is a mere smokescreen.
1
The most simple story is usually the right one. Blowing up a Wagner operator in his boss’s cafe is exactly how Putin operates. Ditto the Duggan car bomb.

More and more people are understanding that climate change exists as a natural cycle. They also realise that CO2 is not a cause of the problem. Back in 1750 (peak of the last cold period) CO2 was at 180ppm. Today it’s 400ppm. We are not told that all plants die at 150ppm. Far from killing the planet, it’s easy to see that humans using fossil fuels have actually saved the planet. CO2 at 150ppm would create the worst mass extinction ever to hit the planet.

Mine is working fine.

It has to be assumed that Trump would throw Ukraine under the Russian bus. JD Vance detests Ukraine. Why else employ him?
1
The one caveat is the parlours state of public health in Russia. The medical system is dysfunctional at best. TB is endemic and alcohol dependence is a serious problem. Does Germany really want to import that?
1
Some say that USA should provide ATACMS rockets. These have the range. But Russia can shoot them down and the effects of cluster bombs will politically damage Ukraine.
1
If Putin manages to deliver a nuclear blast in Ukraine, we can expect to see his navy taking hits including his ballistic missile submarines. We can be sure that UK and USA know where the Russian ballistic missile submarines are at any time. They are not as safe as they want us to believe.
1
Russians want a hard man on top but Putin has gone soft. He is not hated but he is pitied.
1
Helicopters must be very vulnerable to top attack. Damaged main rotors can quickly shake apart the drive system.
1
Protesters grabbed off the streets by armed police will get sent to prison and they’ll then be sent to war as conscripts. Protesting is an express route to front line cannon fodder.
1
Can Ukraine protect its power infrastructure sites with GPS jammers? Or better GPS diverters that send the missiles off target?
1
Ukraine almost certainly will never gain EU membership. Their agricultural industry would at a stroke massively increase the EU agriculture output. The EU CAP would collapse under such financial demands.
1
Russia does not care about the people. It’s all about controlling the land and any resources - especially oil & gas. But also agricultural output. They don’t want the stuff. They simply want to stop anyone else having it. Any people who starve are simply an annoying noise to be ignored.
1
Macron is exposing what France always does. They make every agreement to found good but always find a way to ignore the delivery. They do it all the time in EU. The Ukraine war is another area for France to deliver as little as possible.
1
Why does Biden not use CIA to get materiel to Ukraine. It’s how previous presidents got things done. Good and bad.
1
Putin’s 6000 nuke warheads will be as well maintained as Putin’s tanks. Why would there be any difference? tanks are important. Nuke warheads need regular and highly specialist maintenance. Then there’s the missiles. At the rate he’s going Putin won’t have any left.
1
Normal people have the resolve today, but our government has allowed woke appeasers to take control of every level of our lives.
1
Putin doesn’t care about Kursk. By the time he does, Belgorod will be joining the party.
1
Who assassinated the Russian plant put in place to rule Kherson? His car, blown to bits in a severe overkill looks more like a Putin payback than partisans.
1
Dogs find mines but (usually) don’t set them off. If they were regularly getting blown up, there would be no point to using them. Russians are using horses, because their trucks are now so depleted.
1
The lights went off moments before the drones hit. Two men could be seen climbing towards the flagpole and air defence was totally silent. It smells of a false flag attack. It’s ironic they chose to hit a flag.
1
More likely Trump struts about when Putin offer HIS congratulations. By the way GOP extremism will not agree to arms for Ukraine even after the US border is settled.
1
Boris Johnson has no reason to be economical with the truth. However the NATO failure was not recognising Putin’s plans years before he invaded. Maybe they decided that pre-emotive defences were too inflammatory. I short, this war was going to happen regardless.
1
To be fair the drip feed of munitions has boiled Putin’s frog. He rattled sabres every time something new was announced but did nothing. Even the dam demolition (set up months ago) only happened when Ukraine started its counter attack.
1
Ukraine hits military control points, barracks and ammunition stores. Russia likes to put them all in one place so no wonders they are losing so many people and materiel.
1
Capital ships carried anti torpedo nets until well after WW1. Ten or more folded booms can be seen angled along the ship sides.
1
The London mayor is a hard socialist. His type have been well funded since the 1960s. I doubt the money has ever dried up.
1
Russia has bombed Belgorod and hit it with rocket artillery. Putin is not interested in civilians Russian or Ukraine.
1
Russia has been throwing poorly equipped men into the Bakhmut meat grinder for at least 6 months. Ukraine has dug in and mows them down with machine guns. Only Russia could be so stupid about a strategically irrelevant town.
1
I’ve subscribed to Telegraph for some years. I would like to see more in depth coverage of Coof origins and why we didn’t go with the Swedish option but otherwise I’ve not been disappointed.
1
GPS can be jammed but Russian drones have back up gyro systems. GPS can also be distorted to mis-direct users. How practical is the latter so that Russian drones miss their targets?
1
Who started this first? The Donbas separatists used by Russia as cover for irregular troops to move in and take territory before Ukraine could stop them. Standard Russian tactics.
1
I’ve never had a sound problem on these podcasts.
