  2. The Left conveniently “forget” that people smugglers use children to look they are families. This kids are often abused and who knows how many are there under duress. In order to protect the kids, they are separated from their “family” until there is proof the adults with them really are family.

  3. Bio diesel is very nearly the same BTU value as Dino Diesel. BUT oilseeds use land that should be producing food. It also needs fertilisers, none of which are renewable. On the big scheme, It's wasteful of land and resources. Bio-Ethanol is even worse because the brewing process uses energy and resultant sludge is fit only for feeding to animals. AND bio-ethanol has a poor energy content. Ethanol an be made from wheat, barley and corn stalks. But for some reason the whole idea has got forgotten. Biodiesel can be made from aquatic algae growing i brackish water ponds, but that's another idea that's been entirely forgotten.

Please don’t mention that the British banned slavery in 1810 and used the Royal Navy to stop the slave ships in Atlantic and Indian oceans. Bear in mind the Puritans who came over from Plymouth were descended from the winners of the English Civil War who were pretty much of that ilk. They moved out of England because the laws over there prevented their system taking hold. The rigours of climate and the hard life in New England forced them to temper the ideology but it was always there beneath the surface.
