  9. Russian oil is now off the legal market and soon to be permanently off THE market - period. Big Oil is making big money. But they now have to replace that lost oil supply - fast. That is not a low cost by any stretch. They can't just leave the profits in the company as it will get hammered by corporation taxes. They have to invest it into new production and refining plant.

I wonder why anyone would want to evacuate a facility containing highly dangerous pathogens. The same on the had been showing images of its equipment with broken seals and rusty refrigerators.

He warned Putin that any use of chemical weapons in Syria would incur a powerful response. Putin hit Aleppo. Trump fired off 200 cruise missiles taking out Russian “advisors” and mercenaries. Putin immediately backed off. Same effect on Iran when he took out Salamani their butcher general.

  37. I drive deliveries for a large grocery multiple. On the whole, it's a good job and people are happy to see me. The downside is the "so-called" poor areas. Roads are jammed with cars. The turning spaces are jammed with cars. Litter everywhere. Houses unkempt. Worst of all the people expect to have their heavy groceries carried to their door. They never offer to help. They are also ridiculously picky sending stuff back because they changed their minds. It's the entitlement mentality on steroids.  Contrast the "better off" areas. Streets are usable, there is no litter (including knackered cars) and vans can turn. Most importantly, people come and help carry their food trays to their house. They are happy to use the service I provide. but they do not see it as "their right".

  43. Low cost nuclear can make ammonia which is a fuel for gasoline engines. Add hydrogen (hydrogenate it) you get diesel fuel. Right now the energy costs would be silly. But new low cost molten salt reactors deliver cheap energy that can do this. The petro industry could do this right now making their jobs carbon free.

  45. China solved the children “problem” with its one child laws. Boys were better because (who knows) so baby girls were slaughtered in their millions. The result today is a country with a collapsing population of working age and a growing population of non productive retired and elderly. Within 10 years their economy will collapse. Well done China. Russia achieved the same with rubbish schools and non-existent healthcare. Putin attacked Ukraine to steal their people. Millions have already been transported to the factories and baby farms.
