@Shed Life Aphids killed a dill plant I had once between 6am and 9am...and tomato worms will deleaf an entire plant in an afternoon if you are not constantly watching. Chickens won't even touch those things if you try to feed one to them. Chickens are also a good destroyer of crops...and dogs. My dog loves peppers.

My friend's dad gave me the same speech when I was very young. He escaped, barely with his life, when his native country turned communist. I see the same thing happening in the US. I did not understand at the time he was saying these things and it seemed so foreign. The world has changed a lot in fifty ears.
3
Sure it can. According to a 25 year long Oxfam study, the top 80 million people consume more than the lowest 4 billion.

@DaveMcKinley-bm5mh That's the plan

@IchNachtLiebe Solar is much better.

@IchNachtLiebe Yeast is everywhere. Just wet some flour and leave it out in the open and you'll catch a lot. Be very clean or it will mold first.

@jeaneaton2731 "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

I lost my fourteen and a half year old greyhound two weeks ago.

@carolhewett3756 I think it's the same quasi religious movement pushing it. There are too many similarities if you ignore the details. Eugenics seems to be at the core.
2
@nathanboeger978 Antifa is funded by the fascists they claim to be fighting. What better cover?
2
"We in the Eugenics movement are not interested in competing against Adolph Hitler or Karl Marx for some minuscule little 1,000 year Reich. We are interested in competing with Jesus Christ and Buddha for the destiny of man. -Favored Races"

@DogBeast221 Food is inexpensive, at least in the US, if you cook from scratch and avoid the processed garbage. Chicken is $0.87/lb, flour/bread is $0.40/lb, tomatoes are ~$1/lb, if you have a small yard, you can easily grow vegetables. I remember my parents forcing me to prepare the garden in the first grade (digging out rocks and puling weeds). $20 would feed a family of 5 for a day. It wasn't too long ago that 'a chicken in every pot' was considered a luxury. That's $7k/year. You can buy a house for under $20k all over the US in poorer areas if you are willing to fix it up yourself, it's easily livable.

Fabian socialists. "Masters of subversion" George Orwell was a member as was HG Wells and many others I can't name. This is their plan

@picachugirl2036 It costs under $500 to buy a year of staples (rice, corn, flour) at costco.
2
@sgbradley Pretty much me too except for the island thing. Just something people may want to look in to.
2
Soylent Green happened in 2019. Watch The Last Chase, I think that happens around 2020. 'it's on yt
2
It's more or less too late fir most things in most areas I'd think. It takes 3-4 moths for most harvests.
2
@davidbroadbent1878 Of course. I'm not disparaging people, but warning if they think they can live off of a garden if they have to. A lot of people think they can plant some tomatoes and cucumbers and they'll be fine. I know people with dachas and are life long experienced gardeners who nearly starvd to death.

"When the ordinary thought of a highly cultivated people begins to regard "having children" as a question of pros and cons, the great turning-point has come. For Nature knows nothing of pro and con." Oswald Spengler

@i_like_beer-o2f Name one conspiracy theory that I said. In fact I said it wasn't. Maybe some reading comprehension?

DucknCoverin Giovanni Gentile, the father of fascism, said: “Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.” What is going on is a global takeover of governments by private companies. They are already demonstrably more powerful than governments.
2
@marcs4091 It's to bring forth fascism - merger of state and corporate power. Communism is dead and everyone knows it. Companies are more powerful than governments and will never cede that but in name. Corporations control the flow of information and really what is the difference? One is government merging with corporations and the other is corporations merging with government.

Boy scouts was a big thing in the 80's...
2
@naekki18schlumpf Yup. People need to be realistic as to what they can be expected do. I remember talking with people years ago who were expecting to survive a disaster with a balcony garden. Mosrt gardens are for variety, not really surviving.
2
They are all into eugenics

You be pets, not serfs. Kinda like the Eloi.

@DNA350ppm What do you mean "not a livable country"? They are the most populous country on the planet and their lifespan has increased by 4 years over the last 20. Most working people that I know collaborate heavily with India. I have to listen to their complaints daily, but that is a different problem.

It's not a religion; its a totalitarian governmental system with the ultimate goal of world subjugation. Look back in history about a thousand years.
