Don't get me wrong I'm 100% for unions and worker rights and things like universal healthcare, legalized marijuana, and all of that but these victories are always minimal and come with consequences. When Amazon implemented 15/h wages they took away other benefits that employees were receiving including some stocks. A lot of veteran employees ended up earning even less as a result. You can fight for the working class and I've no doubt Bernie means well and is honest but it shows a level of being naive to think progressive change isn't gonna be met with serious blowback. These tiny changes aren't enough. Unless there's systematic change, things are gonna just remain stagnant.

I'd also like you to list Canadian based companies that legally exploit workers cause I don't know any. If you're also unaware you can check out the Canadian government website as well as provincial websites that list different workers rights and laws. It's very plainly shown.

Bezos makes over 1.6M each year not including stocks or other capital gains methods with a net worth of 177.5B. He has the means to give his workers decent pay and benefits he's choosing not to cause this man is dragon levels of greed.
