I've only seen Western politicians and pundits claim that they've failed to meet aims that those Western politicians and pundits themselves made up.

  22.  @WillDraco  they made no reference to the far left in the report whatsoever, in fact the media broadly behaves as if the far left doesn't exist, for example go the Guardian and they have a section on "the far right", whereas no such section exists on "the far left". It's obvious why, because the left has zero gatekeeping applied to it, so for example the head of the centre right EPP is happy to work with far left greens in preference to the nationalists, anyone to whom the "far right" label is applied is treated as beyond the pale.

  48. Funny how "democracy" has been redefined to mean "left liberal technocrats being in charge". So when Hungary votes for a party that opposes them, it's an attack on "democracy". Similarly when the EU seeks to coerce the Hungarian government to ignore its own voters and follow EU diktats, that's not an attack on "democracy"

  50. Crimea doesn't want to be part of Ukraine. Back in 2014, even the Ukrainian army units stationed there went over to the Russians when the coup was carried out in Kiev. The American puppet regime isn't wanted there.
