  2. When America stops viewing itself as an "empire" and learn to view itself as a "country", the Americans can start the process of learning "friendship" instead of "dominance". That's when the world can begin to hope for lasting people and good neighbourship. That most of all has to come from within America and will be a long process, and only when the Americans are ready for it.
