  1. You cant reach with logic people who are motivated by feelings. "I earn 10 pounds, but the Big Guy earns something on top of it?! How dares he!?" Makes no sense if you think of it logically, because if he didn't gain anything from your labor he wouldn't have hired you. Makes all the sense in the world if you think how they feel about it, though. And they feel jealous. That's it.
