  1. People may not like the word race nowadays, but nobody in his right mind claims that ethnic groups do not exist. We have genetic research which absolutely clearly and nonequivocally shows that various populations have their own, distinct, genetic backgrounds. The argument against using the word race is that the term is imprecise. We don't know how many races are supposed to exist and the boundaries between them are not clear. If that argument is valid, then colors don't exist either... Just like with races, we don't know how many colors we are supposed to recognize and the boundaries between let's say green and blue are imprecise. So we don't have colors, only shades... That's insanity! But that's exactly the same logic as is applied against human races being a thing. We came to this place by assuming that the opposite of insanity is sanity. Well, sometimes the opposite of insanity is a different kind of insanity.
