  10. There is no lack of water...we are an island and surrounded by the stuff. It's not reservoirs, its desalination plants in the SE we need. Arab countries seem to cope alright...but yes the population growth is the main problem..as it is with most other things ..housing, health care, education etc, etc ,etc.

Old buildings aren't suitable unless you improve the insulating and glazing to the property which all adds to the cost.. with Parliament it would cost an absolute fortune and be a nightmare to install... probably cheaper to knock it down and rebuild from scratch...with the MPs in it.

China can undercut any tarrif the US imposes but the US can't undercut China...
